• Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University.
• Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defense Academy
• Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects.
• Any Public School/ Board/ University examination in India or in any foreign country is recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU)
• Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination.

Note: However, such students should have obtained requisite marks or equivalent (as per item 4 or 5 above) based on the latest available grades/marks at the time of applying, and if selected can join the programme provisionally.

There are different phases of admission in the institute:

Phase 1 - On the basis of the marks obtained in JEE Main January exam scores

Phase 2 - On the basis of the marks obtained in JEE Main best of February and March 2021

Phase 3 - On the basis of the marks obtained in JEE Mains Best of All (February/March/April/May 2021)
