Uni-GAUGE 2025 Application Form: The ERA Foundation will release the Uni-GAUGE 2025 application form in February 2025. Candidates who have passed or will appear in class 12 board exams in 2025, can apply for Uni-GAUGE 2025. The last two years of study should comprise Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biology or Bio-technology or any other technical vocational courses as optional subjects, with English as a compulsory subject. Candidates should have passed with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in respect of SC, ST and OBC candidates) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and should have passed these subjects individually.

The Uni-GAUGE-E application process consists of registration, filling out the application form, uploading scanned documents, and payment of fees. Q:   What is the Uni-GAUGE 2025 exam date?

A:

Uni-GAUGE 2025 exam will be held in May 2025. Candidates who have passed or will be passing 10+2 in 2025 can apply for Uni-GAUGE. The exam is held across around 180 cities in India and in computer-based test mode. Questions in the exam are asked from 10+2 level physics, chemistry and mathematics.

Q:   Is the Uni-GAUGE exam open only to some students of any particular state?

A:

No, Uni-GAUGE is open to all eligible students from all states of India. Candidates who have passed the 10+2 exam can apply. The last two years of study shall comprise Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, (Biology or Bio-technology instead of chemistry for BE/B.Tech and Bio-Technology) or any other technical vocational courses as one of the optional subjects, with English as a compulsory subject. The General Merit candidates should have passed with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in respect of SC, ST, and OBC candidates) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and should have passed these subjects individually. Q:   When will the Uni-GAUGE application form be released?

A:

The ERA Foundation is will release the Uni-GAUGE application form in February 2025. The Uni-GAUGE-E application process consists of registration, filling out the application form, uploading scanned documents, and payment of fees. Candidates who have passed or will be passing 10+2 in 2025 can apply for Uni-GAUGE. Q:   How many times can I register for Uni-GAUGE E exam?

A:

As many times as you wish; but the E-mail ID once used for making a request cannot be used again. Also the Application fee is non-refundable and hence each Application has to be accompanied with a fresh Application fee. There is also the danger of multiple Applications being rejected; therefore the candidates are advised to be extremely careful while applying.

  4. Please re-login into the Uni-GAUGE application after completion of your payment to verify the status of the Uni-GAUGE payment.

Q:   What is convenience charge mentioned with the Uni-GAUGE application fee?

A:

A convenience fee is an additional charge for online or credit card payments, sometimes charged by a third-party payment processor. Convenience fees are normally a flat fee or a small percentage of the total payment. Convenience fee is a necessary amount, which the applicants have to pay over the applicable application fee while applying fir Uni-GAUGE exam.

Q:   How will I know if my Uni-GAUGE application fee is submitted successfully?

A:

Candidates can know that their Uni-GAUGE application fee has been submitted successfully after they re-login. Candidates can verify the status of the Uni-GAUGE payment after they re-login once the form is submitted after the fee payment.

Q:   I was filling out the Uni-GAUGE application form, and my amount has been deducted but the form was not submitted. What do I do?

A:

You can mail to COMEDK / Uni-GAUGE officials and wait for their replies.

Or

You can apply for the exam from the start using a seperate email id and phone number. However, in case the earlier form is not submitted, the application fee amout may not be refunded. Please check with the authorities in such case.

Guidelines for Photograph, Signature and ID proof 

Photograph: 

  • The photograph must be a recent (not more than three months) colour photograph with a light background 
  • The same image/photo should be used for all the subsequent processes such as in the Test Admission Ticket 
  • The photograph should have a full-face view looking into the camera directly 
  • The main features of the face must not be covered by the hair of the head, any cloth or any shadow. The forehead, Eyes, Nose and Chin should be clearly visible.
  • The photograph should be in JPEG or JPG image format 
  • The Scan image should be less than 80 kb 
  • Before submitting the Uni-GAUGE form, please check on the Preview page, whether the uploaded image is clear and meets all norms mentioned above 

Signature: 

  • To upload the candidate's signature and parent's/guardian's, the signature must be done by the candidate and parent or guardian on white paper with a black/blue pen 
  • These images will be referred to at later stages of the admission process 
  • Maximum file size should be 80 kb and .jpg or .jpeg format 

Unique ID Proof of Candidate 

  • The maximum file size should be 150 kb 
  • The image should be in .jpg or .jpeg format 
  • Before submitting the Uni-GAUGE application form, please check if the uploaded image is clear and meets all norms 
  • If your ID consists of more than 1 page, then combine the pages and scan and upload as a single image for upload 

Q:   Do I need to upload scanned coloured images in the Uni-GAUGE application form?

A:

Candidates have to upload coloured scanned images only. The image should not be more than 3 months old. The dimensions of the image should be 30mm x 45mm, File Size should be less than 80 KB, and the format should be .JPEG or JPG,

Q:   How can I change the format and size of the my scanned images to upload in the Uni-GAUGE application form?

A:

When you first scan the images to upload in the Uni-GAUGE form, use the JPG file format to save it, in this way there is no need to change the format. To resize te image, use Microsoft Paint to change the size with the resize button.

You can use many online tools available over the internet to resize the image or change the formats.

How to Fill Uni-GAUGE 2025 Application Form

The steps to apply for Uni-GAUGE are given below:

Step 1: Registering for Uni-GAUGE 2025 

Candidates have to apply for the engineering entrance exam on the official website of Uni-GAUGE 2025. As a part of registration, candidates have to fill in details like name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, and ID proof number as given below: 

  • Name of the Applicant: Candidates have to enter their full Name (as it appears in their SSLC/10th Std Marks Card Only), In the case of a candidate who has changed his/ her name for any reason, the original proof of the same has to be produced at the time of Uni-GAUGE admissions 2025.
  • Date of Birth (DOB): Date of birth to be entered as per 10th /SSLC Marks card only.
  • Email ID: A valid Email ID for all correspondence has to be entered. 
  • Mobile Number: Candidates have to enter their mobile number. Enter the OTP received so as to verify the mobile number entered. 
  • Candidate's Unique ID Proof: Select the ID proof that the candidate will bring in original at the time of the exam and admission process from the list provided 

After successful registration, candidates will receive the Uni-GAUGE login credentials (user ID and password) on their registered mail ID. Candidates will have to use these credentials to log in and fill Uni-GAUGE application form. 

Step 2:  Filling Uni-GAUGE application form 2025 

The second step requires candidates to fill out the online application form for Uni-GAUGE. Here, candidates will have to fill in their personal, academic and category details. Candidates must note that the Uni-GAUGE application form must be filled out carefully and accurately. Officials will reject application forms with incomplete information.  

Step 3 – Uploading scanned documents 

At this step, candidates will have to upload the scanned copies of their photograph, signature & parent’s/guardian’s signature in the recommended format and dimensions as mentioned below:

Dimensions: 80mm x 35mm; File Size: 80 KB; Format: JPEG or JPG 

Signature of Father/Guardian 

Step 4 – Selecting the preferred exam centre 

Here, aspirants will be required to choose a minimum of three Uni-GAUGE exam centres basis their preference. The allotment of Uni-GAUGE test centres will be done based on the candidate’s preference. But the final decision will be made by the authorities. 

Step 5 – Paying Uni-GAUGE application fee 2025  

The fifth step is to pay the application fee. Uni-GAUGE application fee can be paid through net banking/credit card/debit card. Test takers must ensure that the online transaction for fee payment is completed and a receipt is generated. Candidates are advised to save a copy of the fee payment acknowledgement for future reference.

Step 6 – Submitting Uni-GAUGE application form 

Lastly, after filling out the application form carefully, candidates have to submit their Uni-GAUGE 2025 application form. Also, candidates are advised to take a printout of the filled-in Uni-GAUGE application form for future reference. 

Q:   I cannot view the 'submit' or 'Save' button in the online Uni-GAUGE application form, what to do now?

A:

In this case, please check the version of browser that you are currently using. Kindly use Explorer (version 10 and above) or Mozilla Firefox (48 and above) or Google Chrome (50 and above) to fill in the Uni-GAUGE application Form. Also clear your browsing history and cache and retry.

Or

candidates can minimize the browser window and check for the 'submit' or 'Save' button. To minimize use "ctrl+-" keys.

Q:   I have not received the e-mail post Uni-GAUGE registration online, what to do now?

A:

Candidates need to contact the ERA Foundation Helpdesk to seek clarification and to know about the way forward. After successful registration, candidates will receive the Uni-GAUGE login credentials (user ID and password) on their registered mail ID. Candidates will have to use these credentials to log in and fill Uni-GAUGE application form.

Q:   Can I get an UNI-GAUGE examination centre of my choice?

A:

You can choose the Test City from the available list of test cities in the online application form. The test cities are allotted to candidates on first come first serve basis. However, ERA Foundation reserves the right to allot any other test city other than the city chosen by the candidate. Each city can have one or more centers. The allocation of centers is done through a computer assisted randomization/optimization process. The allocated centre will be communicated on the online test admission ticket (online TAT).

Details to be filled in Uni-GAUGE 2025 application form are as follows:

  • Name of the Applicant: Enter your full Name (as it appears in your SSLC/10th Stud Marks Card)
  • In the case of a candidate who has changed his/ her name for any reason, the original proof of the same has to be produced at the time of admission
  • Date of Birth: DOB to be entered as per the 10th /SSLC Marks card only

  • Ensure that the Online Application Form is filled properly with all complete details
  • Please review all details entered at the time of Uni-GAUGE registration before 'CLICKING ON SUBMIT BUTTON' and proceeding to the Uni-GAUGE application form
  • After successful Uni-GAUGE registration, you will receive the User ID and Password on your Mobile Number and Email ID which is unique & system-generated
  • Log in with your unique USER ID and PASSWORD to complete the application process.
  • Click on the "Go to Application" button (Right-hand top corner) to be directed to the Uni-GAUGE 2025 Application Form

Q:   I realized that I made an error while filling the Uni-GAUGE application form. What do I do?

A:

If you have not clicked on the “Submit” Button, you can edit the Uni-GAUGE application form any number of times. However information provided at the time of registration cannot be changed later on. If you have already completed your online application form and have submitted the form online, then no changes can be made. You have the option to fill a new application form with an alternate email id. However please note that fee once paid is non-refundable. Hence candidates are advised to review all information in application form before clicking on “submit” button.

Uni-GAUGE 2025 Application Form Correction

For Uni-GAUGE 2025, editing options will be enabled for editing selected fields in the form. The candidates can change/modify selected information furnished in the Uni-GAUGE online application. Applicants can rectify any inadvertent mistakes committed to uploading photos and signatures, category details, and entering their academic details. Applicants will not be able to edit fields like name, date of birth, email ID, phone number, ID proof, etc.

Important Note about Uni-GAUGE application form are as follows:

  • Kindly clear your browsing history and cache and retry in case you are facing any technical issues in viewing the details in the Uni-GAUGE application form
  • The scanned copy of the same has to be uploaded to the Uni-GAUGE application form
