Uni-GAUGE 2025 exam will be held in May 2025. Candidates who have passed or will be passing 10+2 in 2025 can apply for Uni-GAUGE. The exam is held across around 180 cities in India and in computer-based test mode. Questions in the exam are asked from 10+2 level physics, chemistry and mathematics.

You will be attending one exam only. Previously these exams were being conducted as 2 separate exams. COMEDK UGET was conducted as an offline entrance exam in Karnataka. Uni-GAUGE E was being done as an online entrance across India. On the scheduled day, these two exams will be conducted on the “Same Day” during the “Same Session” and as “One Combined Exam”. This will reduce the need for students to prepare and attend multiple exams.

Also the Application fee is non-refundable and hence each Application has to be accompanied with a fresh Application fee. There is also the danger of multiple Applications being rejected; therefore the candidates are advised to be extremely careful while applying.

Uni-GAUGE exam is held  in computer based test mode. Uni-GAUGE is a national-level common entrance exam for the 40+ participating institutes of the ERA Foundation offering BE/BTech courses. Questions in the exam are asked from 10+2 level physics, chemistry and mathematics.

You can choose the Test City from the available list of test cities in the online application form. The test cities are allotted to candidates on first come first serve basis. However, ERA Foundation reserves the right to allot any other test city other than the city chosen by the candidate. Each city can have one or more centers. The allocation of centers is done through a computer assisted randomization/optimization process. The allocated centre will be communicated on the online test admission ticket (online TAT).

The ERA Foundation is will release the Uni-GAUGE application form in February 2025. The Uni-GAUGE-E application process consists of registration, filling out the application form, uploading scanned documents, and payment of fees. Candidates who have passed or will be passing 10+2 in 2025 can apply for Uni-GAUGE. Only the candidates who register successfully for the exam are issued the Uni-GAUGE admit card to appear for the exam.

Aspirants have to visit the Uni-GAUGE-E official website to check the important dates of the Uni-GAUGE-E entrance examination. The Uni-GAUGE-E exam notification is also released in the national dailies, from which the candidates can know about the Uni-GAUGE-E dates.

Uni-GAUGE admit card will be out on May 6. While reporting to the exam centre, the candidates are required to produce their Uni-GAUGE admit card along with identity proof. It is to be noted that the admit card of the Uni-GAUGE exam is not released in any other mode. Only the registered candidates can check and download the admit card. Details regarding the Uni-GAUGE examination date, slot, centre address and more are released through the Uni-GAUGE admit card.

No, taking the Uni-GAUGE mock test is not compulsory. But, candidates must take the mock tests so that they are aware of the computer-based test. A simulation of the real exam, Uni-GAUGE mock tests comprise all aspects of the actual exam including Uni-GAUGE exam pattern and marking scheme. Three Uni-GAUGE mock tests are released for all the candidates who wish to appear in the Uni-GAUGE exam held in CBT mode.

ERA Foundation will announce the Uni-GAUGE result on May 24. Candidates must log in using their application number/seq number and password to check the result of Uni-GAUGE. The scores and ranks secured in the examination are released through Uni-GAUGE result.

After the results are out, candidates are required to apply to their preferred participating member University/institution of ERA Foundation with their test scores for admission, once the member University/institution issues notifications. The dates for the counselling and admission process is notified by the individual institutes to the candidates.
