There are 180 objective-type questions with four choices each and the language of the exam will be English only. How to answer a question in the Uni-GAUGE Mock Test?
Candidates will first have to select the section they wish to solve first. They can also take a look at the list of all questions in that section by clicking on “Question paper” on the top right corner of the screen. To answer a question, candidates have to click on the correct answer button. To deselect a chosen answer, candidates have to either click on the chosen button again or click on the “clear response” button.
To change the answer, candidates have to click on another option. Once clicked, the option chosen earlier automatically gets deselected. To mark the question for review, candidates need to click on the “Mark got Review” button and to save the chosen answer, they have to click on the “Submit & Next” button.
How to navigate through sections while taking the Uni-GAUGE Mock Test?
The uni-GAUGE mock test has been designed according to the actual question paper. As mentioned earlier, the mock test has three sections – Physics, Chemistry and mathematics. These sections are displayed on the top bar of the screen. Questions in a section can be viewed by clicking on the section name. The section you are currently on is highlighted in dark blue colour.
After a candidate has completed solving a section, he/she is automatically taken to the next section. However, one can also shuffle between sections and questions anytime during the test as per convenience. Candidates can also view the corresponding section summary that appears above the question palette.
