VITEEE 2025 exam dates have been announced. The authorities will conduct VITEEE 2025 tentatively from April 21 to 27, 2025. The candidates will have to select their preferred slot. VITEEE 2025 application form has to be submitted before the final date for the eligible candidates to be registered for the examination. VIT 2025 will be held as a computer-based test.

Both BITSAT and VITEEE are one of the highly competitive private engineering entrance examinations. Since the syllabus of both the exams consists of topics from 11th and 12th standard syllabus, the difficulty level of BITSAT and VITEEE can be considered similar. Along with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, both exams also assess the students on their English, Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning. The authorities will prepare the VITEEE merit list by checking the candidate's performance in the entrance exam. Candidates who have secured a rank upto 1 Lacs will be eligible for B.Tech admissions into VIT Vellore and Chennai. The counselling dates for different ranks varies as per the authorities. For those candidates with a rank above 1 Lacs, admissions will be open only for VIT Bhopal and VIT Andhra Pradesh. They will not be eligible for VIT Vellore and Chennai admissions.

No. There is no domicile requirement for VITEEE. All candidates will be able to apply for the entrance examination, if they have met the basic eligibility criteria. VITEEE is open for all eligible candidates belonging to any state. Non-Resident Indian National/PIO Holder candidates will also be eligible for admissions.

While filling out the VITEEE 2025 application form, the candidates will be required to pay the fee. All Indian nationals will have to pay INR 1,350 (inclusive of GST) as the VIT 2025 application fee. The payment of the application fee has to be done online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. The authorities will not accept any other mode of payment. For NRI applicants, the VITEEE 2025 application fee is 90 USD, to be paid through credit card.

If the authorities commence the correction facility, then the details will be available online at vit.ac.in.

The number of questions for the respective sections in VITEEE will be, Maths or Biology (40 questions), Physics (35 questions), Chemistry (35 questions), Aptitude (10 questions) and English (5 questions). The total number of questions in VITEEE is 125. Since there is no negative marking, the candidates are advised to attempt as many questions as they can to have a higher chance of scoring well in the examination.

As per the VITEEE exam pattern, the paper will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Each question will have four options and the candidates will be required to select the correct response. While marking the answers in the online test, the candidates are advised to be careful. Before submission, the candidates will have the opportunity to change their selected answers for the VIT questions.

VITEEE syllabus is prepared to allow the candidates to know and understand what subjects and topics have to be studied for the entrance examination. Yes. The authorities are expected to release the VITEEE 2025 mock test. Candidates will be able to access the VITEEE mock test 2025 link online at vit.ac.in. Through the mock test of VIT 2025, the candidates will be able to prepare for the upcoming entrance exam. Before accessing the mock test, the candidates were advised to carefully read all of the instructions and guidelines. It was important for the candidates to attempt the mock test, since it helped them to become familiar with the entrance examination pattern.

Yes. Candidates will be able to skip questions while attempting the VITEEE mock test. The skipped questions will be marked white in the question palette of the mock test. Candidates will be able to return to the skipped questions and attempt it later during the exam. However, the questions have to be answered within the allotted examination duration. Since there is no negative marking, the candidates are advised to attempt as many questions as they can to have a higher chance of securing good marks for admissions.

The official VITEEE 2025 mock test link will be released online at vit.ac.in. The candidates will not require any credentials to attempt the VITEEE mock test.  No other mode will be used to make the mock test available for the candidates. After the mock test is released, the candidates will have to select their preferred exam stream from MPCEA (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English and Aptitude) or BPCEA (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English and Aptitude). After checking all of the instructions, the candidates will have to commence the mock test and finish it within the allotted time. 

Yes. During the VITEEE mock test, the candidates will be able to navigate the sections. The candidates will be able to navigate to any sections using the section tab available on the top of the screen. There is no limitation to the number of times a candidate can use the tab to navigate into different sections. While attempting the examination, the candidates are advised to complete the sections which are easier before advancing to the difficult ones. This will allow the candidates to spend more time on the difficult sections and questions. 

VIT has not yet announced the VITEEE 2025 slot booking dates. After the registation process is completed, the eligible candiates will be able to access the online VITEEE 2025 slot booking facility. During the VIT slot booking process, the candidates will have to select the exam slots as per their preference and availability. The slot booking is done on a first-come-first-serve basis. After the slot booking is completed, the VITEEE 2025 hall ticket will be available for download. No requests for change will be accepted after the slot booking process is completed.

No. If the candidates have missed the VITEEE slot booking dates, then they will not given the opportunity to access and complete the process by the authorities. Candidates are advised to be alert and complete the VIT slot booking process within the allotted dates. If the candidates fail to complete their slot booking before the final date, then they will be allotted slots by the authorities as per the details submitted in the application form.

Once the VIT slots were allotted, the candidates will not be able to change it. The authorities will not accept any requests for change of the allotted VITEEE slots. Therefore, the candidates are advised to be careful while selecting their choice of VITEEE exam date and timings. In case the candidates are unable to complete the slot booking before the final date, the authorities will automatically allot the slots as per the details submitted in the application form.

Registered candidates will be able to access their VITEEE OTBS password through SMS. Therefore, all candidates are advised to provide their valid mobile numbers while registering for the entrance examination. Candidates will have to use the OTBS password and application number to log into the VIT slot booking faciility to book their slots for the entrance examination.

VITEEE admit card will be released online. To generate and access the VIT admit card, the candidates will first have to complete the online slot booking process. The given steps can be followed to access and download the VITEEE admit card.

While reporting at the exam centre, the candidates will be required to bring certain important documents for verification. Along with the VITEEE admit card, the candidates will have to present their original valid identity proof. Any one of the following can be used as the identity proof for VITEEE - Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Password, School ID, any Govt. approved identity proof. If the candidates are not able to bring the documents to the centre, then they will not be allowed to attempt the exam.

VITEEE 2025 admit card is expected to be released in April 2025. After completing the slot booking process, the candidates will be able to access the VIT 2025 admit card. The authorities will release the VITEEE 2025 hall ticket online at vit.ac.in.  After downloading the admit card, the candidates should check it carefully for any mistakes. In case of any mistakes, the candidates should immediately contact the authorities.

Some of the reasons why the candidates will face problems in downloading the VITEEE admit card are the inability to fill out and submit the applicatino form correctly or missing out the slot booking. If this is not the case, then the candidates are advised to check their internet connection and log in and log out of their account. If the admit card is not downloadable, the candidates are advised to contact the authorities immediately.

VITEEE 2025 result will be announced tentatively on April 30, 2025. Candidates will be able to access the VIT 2025 result online at vit.ac.in. No other mode will be used to release the VITEEE result 2025. The scores and ranks obtained in the entrance examination will be available in the VITEEE result 2025. The authorities will not accept any objections against the result of VITEEE 2025. 

Candidates will be able to check the important personal and exam related details through the VITEEE result. Some of the important details present in the result of VITEEE will be the candidate's name, application number, date of birth, gender, obtained scores and All India Rank. VITEEE 2025 seat allotment result dates have not been announced yet. The authorities will be able to access their VIT 2025 seat allotment result online at vit.ac.in. Allotment of seats will be done as per the candidate's rank, preferences, category and seat availability. The allotted candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date.

Yes. The authorities will conduct VITEEE counselling as an online process. All qualified candidates will have to participate in the counselling process for admission into the preferred courses and campuses. During the VIT counselling process, the candidates will have to register and complete the choice filling process. The authorities will announce the VITEEE seat allotment result online and the candidates will have to log in using the required credentials to check their allotment result.

VITEEE 2025 syllabus has been released online by the authorities. The subjects and topics that have to be studied for the entrance examination constitute the VITEEE syllabus 2025. Candidates will have to study 10+2th standard topics from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Aptitude and English for the entrance examination. For Biotechnology candidates, the VIT 2025 syllabus will also consist of the topics from Biology. Candidates are advised to carefully understand and study the syllabus to be well-prepared for the examination. 

Yes. VIT offers various scholarship opportunities to candidates with a bright academic record. Under the give School Development Programme (GVSDP), the toppers of each state and central board are given a 100% tuition fee waiver for all four years. VITEEE rank holders of 1 to 50 will be provided with 75% tuition fee waiver for all four years. Similarly, rank holders of 51 to 100 and 101 to 1000 will be given 50% and 25% tuition fee waiver for four years, respectively.

The pattern of the VITEEE mock test will be similar to the entrance examination. Candidates will have to answer 125 multiple-choice questions from Mathematics, Physics Chemistry Aptitude and English . The total duration of the mock test will be 2 hours 30 minutes. No extra time will be provided to the candidates. For every correct answer, 1 mark will be provided. There will be no negative marking. Candidates will be able to check their correct and incorrect responses and accordingly prepare for the entrance examination.

No. VIT does not have any specific reservation criteria for admissions into their campuses. During the VITEEE counselling process, admissions are done solely based on the candidate's rank, eligibility, preferences and seat availability. Irrespective of the candidate's category, allotment of seats will be conducted as per the obtained ranks. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria carefully before admission.

No. Offline payment will not be accepted for the VITEEE 2025 application fee. To make the payment, the candidates will have to use the online method i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted by the authorities. If the candidates fail to make the payment before the final date, then their application will not be accepted and they will not be allowed to participate in the entrance exam.

The authorities will soon announce the tentative dates for the commencement of classes for the VITEEE 2025 qualified candidates. After the counselling process is over, the classes are expected commence for all of the candidates who have been allotted into the BTech courses offered by the campuses. Important information and details will be sent to the allotted candidates by the authorities. 

The equating methodology will be used by the authorities to provide equal opportunities for all the candidates who appeared in the VITEEE. Since the examination will be held in different slots, the methodology will be used to maintain fairness and equality while the marks and ranks are being allotted. This methodology helps to maintain the same level while preparing the VITEEE result, despite that the fact that the candidates will different slots, that may have different levels of paper difficulty. Therefore, the authorities balance the scores of all candidates by considering various factors.

No, the candidates will not be permitted to participate in the VITEEE counseling more than once. During the counselling process, the candidates will have to report as per the date allotted to their rank. If the candidates are not satisfied with their allotment, then they will be able to participate in the next round of VIT counselling. The official dates for VITEEE 2025 counselling as per the ranks will be announced soon online at vit.ac.in. 

Candidates are required to scan and upload their passport size photograph and signature in the VITEEE application form according to the specifications mentioned by the authorities. If the specified dimensions, size and file types are not met, then the photograph and signature will be rejected while uploading. VITEEE 2025 mock test is not a compulsory step in the examination and admission process. However, the candidates are advised to attempt the VITEEE mock test to be well-prepared for the exam. One of the biggest advantages of attempting the VIT 2025 mock test is that the candidates will be able to understand the exam pattern and practice how it will be conducted. The mock test will also allow the candidates to know their progress and weak points that need to be improved.

No. The authorities will not deduct any marks for unattempted questions in the VITEEE paper. The questions will just be seen as unanswered and not taken into account. The candidates will also not experience negative marking for VITEEE. No marks will be deducted for wrong answers, so the candidates are encouraged to answer as many questions as they can in the paper. For every correct answer, the candidates will be awarded one mark.
