DRDO CEPTAM admit card 2024: Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) releases DRDO CEPTAM admit card online for Tier 1 and 2. To download the DRDO CEPTAM admit card, candidates need to enter application number, date of birth and captcha code. The hard copy of the admit card of DRDO CEPTAM is not sent to any candidate by post. DRDO CEPTAM admit card is an important document without which candidates are not allowed to enter the exam hall.
Q: What is DRDO CEPTAM exam pattern for MTS?
The exam pattern for MTS post is divided into two Tiers. Tier 1 is for screening, while tier 2 is for final selection. Both tier 1 and 2 exams are conducted in Computer Based Mode. Tier 1 comprises questions from General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability, General Awareness and Quantitative Aptitude & Numerical Ability. Tier 2 consists of questions from General Science, General Math and General English.

Q: What is the required educational qualification for applying to DRDO CEPTAM?
The educational qualification is different for different posts. For Tech A post, the required educational qualification is Class 10 with certification from ITI in relevant trade. For A & A post, candidates applying to the posts of Clerk, Asstt Halwai-cum Cook, Vehicle Operator, Fire Engine Driver, Fireman must have passed Class 10 while for Stenographer, Administrative Assistant (English Typing), Administrative Assistant (Hindi Typing), Store Assistant, A (English Typing), Store Assistant (Hindi Typing), Security Assistant posts, the educational qualification is Class 12. For MTS, & candidates must have passed Class 10 or equivalent from a recognised board or Industrial Training Institute (ITI).
How to download DRDO CEPTAM Admit Card?
Candidates can follow the steps below to download the admit card of DRDO CEPTAM:
Step 1: Visit the official website of DRDO
Step 2: Go to the tab relevant tab
Step 3: Click on the ‘DRDO admit card’ link
Step 3: Enter the post applied for, application number and date of birth
Step 4: After entering all details, click on the ‘Submit’ button
Step 5: DRDO CEPTAM admit card appears on the screen

Unable to download DRDO CEPTAM Admit Card: How to resolve the issue?
Candidates face several problems while downloading their DRDO CEPTAM admit cards. Some of the reasons that candidates might face are given below:
Server issue: This happens when too many candidates try to download the admit card at the same time
Slow internet connectivity: At times due to slow internet connectivity, the admit page does not open
Invalid login: In case, candidates provide the wrong credentials while downloading the admit card
Incomplete application: The admit card is issued to candidates whose applications are accepted by the examination authority for the recruitment exam. In such case, candidates should check their names on the rejection list.
Error in DRDO CEPTAM Hall Ticket: What to do?
If the candidate’s name is not there on the rejection list and still candidates are not able to download DRDO CEPTAM admit card/hall ticket even after entering the correct login details, they should contact the CEPTAM. Q: What is the marking scheme for DRDO CEPTAM STA B post?
DRDO CEPTAM for Technical Cadre (Senior Technical Assistant-B and Technician-A) consists of Tier 1 and Tier 2 stages. For Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) post, the selection process will include Tier 1 (Screening) and Tier 2 (Final selection). For STA-B position, both Tier 1 and Tier 2 CBT exams will consist of objective type multiple choice-based questions. For Technician-A (Tech-A) post, the selection process will include Tier-1 (CBT) and Tier-2 (Trade Test) stages. The Tier-1 CBT for Tech-A post will include multiple choice-based questions. The Tier-1 CBT exam is for provisional selection. The Tier-2 Trade Test will be based on ITI level in the related trade and evaluates practical skills of candidates. The Tier-2 Trade Test is qualifying in nature and is for final selection. There will be no negative marking in the exam. The exam will be conducted in both English and Hindi medium.

DRDO CEPTAM for Admin and Allied posts consists of Tier 1 and Tier 2 stages. The CBT in Tier 1 will have multiple choice based questions. The medium of CBT exam will be in both Hindi and English languages. Tier 1 exam is provisional in nature. Tier 2 exam will consist of Skill/Physical fitness and Capability Test, for applicable posts. Tier 2 exam is qualifying in nature. For the post of Junior Translation Officer, Tier 2 exam will be descriptive in nature. There will be no negative marking in CEPTAM exam. The CEPTAM syllabus will be according to the required educational qualification for the specific post.
