IBPS, an autonomous body, has received a mandate from the public sector banks and Regional Rural Banks to conduct the recruitment to the post of PO, Clerk and SO. IBPS makes arrangements for conducting online preliminary examination, declare result of online preliminary examination, inform the shortlisted candidates about the online main examination, declare the results of the online main examination and inform the shortlisted candidates about the interview. The prelims exam for IBPS Clerk (Customer Service Associates) will be conducted on December 6, 7, 13 and 14, 2025. The Mains exam for this post will be conducted on February 1, 2026. The examination authority has renamed the post of Clerks to Customer Service Associates.
