IBPS PO Exam Dates 2024: Check Complete Exam Schedule

IBPS PO 2024 exam dates have been announced by IBPS. The exam dates were announced through its annual calendar. IBPS PO prelims exam will be conducted on October 19 & 20, 2024. The Mains exam will be conducted on November 30, 2024. The prelims exam is conducted for all the registered candidates. The Mains exam is conducted for the candidates who qualified the prelims exam. The total marks allotted to the prelims exam are 100. The Mains exam carries 250 marks. The interview carries 100 marks.

The IBPS PO notification was released online on August 1, 2024, on its official website - ibps.in. The IBPS PO online application 2024 started from August 1, 2024. The last date to apply online for the IBPS PO 2024 was August 28, 2024. The last date to pay the application fee was August 28, 2024. 

The IBPS PO prelims 2024 will be conducted on October 19 and 20. The IBPS will conduct the IBPS PO main exam 2024 will be conducted on November 30.

IBPS PO exam is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection to select eligible candidates for the post of Probationary Officers in different public sector banks in India. The exam is being conducted every year since 2011. IBPS PO exam is for selection of candidates for the 11 public sector banks. IBPS PO exam is conducted online at various locations throughout India. The selection of candidates for the interview is done based on the Mains exam. The total marks allotted for the interview are 100. The interview is conducted by the participating banks in co-ordination with IBPS. The marks obtained in the interview are considered for final selection. In interview, candidates are usually asked questions based on the banking awareness and personal details.

IBPS PO prelims exam is conducted in four shifts -9 am to 10 am, 11.30 am to 12.30 pm, 2 pm to 3 pm, and 4 pm to 5 pm. IBPS PO Mains exam is conducted in two shifts- 9 am to 12.30 pm and 2 pm to 5.30 pm. The shift timings of the prelims and Mains exams are mentioned on the admit card.
