Kerala SET 2024 Admit Card OUT: The exam-conducting authority issued the Kerala SET 2024 admit card on July 17, 2024 at lbsedp.lbscentre.in/setjul24/. Candidates can download their Kerala SET 2024 hall ticket from the official website. A direct link is also provided here. The Kerala SET 2024 exam was conducted on July 28, 2024. An admit card is a mandatory document that a candidate needs to carry to the examination hall. Without the admit card, candidates will not be allowed to sit in the examination. The Kerala SET Paper I is common to all the candidates and consists of two parts, namely General Knowledge (Part A) and Teaching Aptitude (Part B). Yes you can definitely appear for the Kerala SET exam again If you did not clear it in the first attempt. The Kerala SET exam is conducted twice a year by the LBS Centre for Science & Technology for the selection of Assistant Professor in various Kerala Universities and Colleges. 

There is no limit on the number o attempts that you can makefor the Kerala SET exam. However, you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the exam, which include having master's  degree with at least 55 per cent marks (50 per cent for reserved categories) or equivalent from the UGC recognised University.

The LBS Centre for Science and Technology opens the correction window for the candidates after the closure of the Kerala SET application form. The candidates can correct the mistakes that they have done while filling out the Kerala SET application form. On the specific date released by the LBS Centre, candidates can make corrections to their application form through the candidates' login. To log into the registered account the candidates have to use their application number and date of birth. After the login, the candidates can correct their mistakes. 

However, the LBS does not allow some changes to the application form that are given below:

  • No change allowed in the mobile number, email address, permanent address & correspondence address
  • No change allowed in candidate’s name, date of birth and gender
  • No change is allowed in the photo
  • Change is allowed either in the father’s name or mother’s name (anyone only)

The candidates who do not verify their Adhaar Card can make corrections to the candidate's name, date of birth, and gender.

Yes, the Lal Bahadur Shastri (LBS) Centre for Science and Technology released the Kerala SET 2024 result for the exam conducted on July 28, 2024. Approximately 850 candidates qualified for the exam. Those candidates who qualified the Kerala SET 2024 exam will be awarded a SET certificate.
