KTET exam pattern 2024 is prescribed by the Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan. KTET 2024 exam comprises four papers- Category 1, Category 2, Category 3, and Category 4. Q: Ā  What is the marking scheme of the KTET exam?

A:

The marking scheme of KTET exam is as follows: - The KTET 2024 exam consists of multiple-choice questions, where each question carries one mark. - There is no negative marking for incorrect answers, which means that candidates do not lose marks for wrong answers. - The KTET exam has a total of 150 questions, and the maximum marks that can be scored are 150.

To qualify the KTET 2024 exam, candidates need to score a minimum of 60 per cent marks, which means that they need to score at least 90 marks out of 150. However, the content of the papers is different, and candidates need to appear for the paper that is relevant to their desired teaching level.

The KTET certificate is now valid forever. Ramesh Pokhariyal, Indian Education Minister has announced that the validity of the TET certificate is extended for a lifetime. Earlier the validity of the certificates was 5 years. Candidates qualifying for the KTET exam will be the first batch of candidates with a lifetime KTET certificate.
