LIC ADO Exam Pattern
LIC ADO exam is conducted in three phases, Online Test, Interview, Medical Examination. Candidates need to qualify all three stages to secure a position in the final merit list. LIC ADO recruits candidates from three categories -
Open Market Category: Any individual who qualifies the eligibility criteria
Employee Category: Those who are salaried employees of LIC (in Class III) on a full-time basis
Agents Category: Individuals who are already LIC agents

LIC ADO Phase I: Prelims
LIC ADO Prelims paper will be of objective type, MCQ based. Questions will be asked both in English & Hindi, except the English language section. Find the table below for details:

LIC ADO exam for agent category will have only one phase. It has a total of 150 questions and questions are being asked in English and Hindi both languages. Find the details below:

LIC ADO Exam Pattern 2021: LIC ADO Interview
Candidates qualified in the LIC ADO online examination are eligible for the next phase of selection, which is LIC ADO Interview. A certain number of candidates will be called for the interview based on the number of vacancies. Maximum marks allotted for LIC ADO interview is 37, which remains the same for candidates from all categories. As per LIC ADO notification, “LIC reserves the right to fix the eligibility standards so as to restrict the applicants to be called for the interview and also decided on the minimum qualifying marks to qualify the interview round.”
LIC ADO Exam Pattern 2021: LIC ADO Medical Examination
This is the last phase of the selection process, all shortlisted candidates need to appear for the LIC ADO medical examination to prove their physical and medical fitness. Post qualifying this phase, candidates will be given placements in respective locations.
