LIC ADO Salary

APPRENTICESHIP PERIOD: During the apprentice period, the candidate selected as Apprentice Development Officer will be paid a fixed amount as stipend per month as per the rules of the Corporation. At present, the amount of stipend is about Rs 34,503 per month for open and agent category candidates. Candidates from the employee category will receive as per norms and based on their previous emoluments.

PROBATION PERIOD: A Probationary Development Officer will be placed in the scale of ₹ 21865-1340(2)-24545-1580(2)-27705-1610(17)-55075 along with various allowances and other benefits as per norms. The basic pay will stand at Rs 21,865 per month (except for Employee Category candidates). Total remuneration, in this case, will be of Rs 37,345 in ‘A’ Class City after the addition of various allowances.

LIC ADO Allowances

Apart from the basic pay, LIC ADO post holders are eligible to receive various allowances. Get all details regarding LIC ADO allowances below:

LIC ADO Allowances	Details
Dearness Allowances (DA)	The DA is revised quarterly based on the Consumer Price Index. 40% of the entire salary is DA for LIC ADO employees.
House Rent Allowances (HRA)	The HRA depends on the location of posting. LIC ADO HRA is approved in the range of 9%, 8% or 7% of the LIC AAO Basic Pay as per the type of city.
City Compensatory Allowances(CCA)	CCA depends on the location of posting and can be 4%, 3% or 2% of the LIC AAO Basic Pay.
