Meghalaya TET (MTET) Result 2023 was announced by the Directorate of Educational Research & Training (DERT) on January 31, 2024. Candidates who appear for the Meghalaya Teacher Eligibility Test (MTET) 2023 exam can check the result by visiting the official website. The MTET results are announced separately for Lower Primary (LP) and Upper Primary (UP) papers.

What’s next after Meghalaya TET Result?

All candidates who clear the MTET exam are required to submit self-attested copies of the documents at the respective exam centres for verification. It is only after the verification that the MTET certificates are issued. Candidates need to carry the following documents for verification:

  • MTET Admit Card
  • Certificates of caste category (SC/ST/ OBC/ PwD)
  • SSLC certificate
  • Birth certificates
  • HSSLC/ Class 12 certificate and marksheet
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate certificates and marksheets
  • DElEd/ BEd/ MEd marksheets and certificates

Note: Candidates who have qualified both papers of LP and UP need to submit two sets of these documents.
