Territorial Army Notification 2024: Indian Army released the Territorial Army notification for the 2847 posts of Soldiers, Clerks, and Tradesmen posts in various Battalions and Units under the Territorial Army. Candidates are not required apply for the exam since the recruitment will be done through the rally. Earlier, the notification for ex-officers was released. Interested candidates could fill the application form online till September 27, 2024. Both male and female candidates can apply for the exam.

Territorial Army Notification: How to Apply?

Territorial Army Selection Process

Candidates whose application forms are found correct will be called for screening (written exam followed by interview only if passed in written exam) by a Preliminary Interview Board (PIB) by the respective Territorial Army Group Headquarters. Successful candidates will further undergo tests at a Service Selection Board (SSB) and Medical Board for final selection. Candidates need to secure minimum 40 per cent marks in each part of the paper separately and overall average of 50 per cent.

Selected candidates will be imparted one month basic training in the first year of commission, two months annual training camp every year including the first year, post Commission Training (03 months)/ Pre Commission Training (06 months) as applicable at that time. Candidates will get salary between INR 56,100-1,77,500 in Level-10.
