The Commission released two results pdfs. The Commission conducted the TNPSC Group 2 prelims exam on September 14, 2024. The candidates should note that the TNPSC Group 2 main exam will be conducted in a pen-and-paper mode. The Commission will also release the TNPSC Group 2 main exam dates. The Commission will conduct the TNPSC Group 2 main exam on February 2, 2025.  The TNPSC Group 2 answer key was released online only on September 24, 2024. The candidates should note that the last date for TNPSC Group 2 online application was July 19, 2024. The Commission notified 2,327 TNPSC Group 2 Vacancies for the exam.

TNPSC Group 2 Exam Centre

TNPSC exam centres are located in all the districts of the state. The candidates can choose the exam centres at their convenience. The TNPSC Group 2 exam is conducted offline across the state. TNPSC Group 2 Exam Pattern (Revised)

After the introduction of the Tamil Language Eligibility Test in the preliminary exam, the exam pattern was bound to change. As per the new TNPSC Group -2 exam pattern, there were 100 multiple-choice questions for testing the knowledge of the Tamil Language. The candidates can opt for the General English section also instead of Tamil questions. The questions were of SSLC standard. The TNPSC Group 2 Exam Duration is 3 hours. Q:   When will TNPSC Group 2 Mains exam Answer Key 2023 release?

The TNPSC Group 2 Mains answer key is expected to be released soon. The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission conducted the TNPSC Group 2 main exam on February 25 across the state. The Commission will also release the objection-sending facility. The Commission will release the tentative answer key first and invite objections from the candidates regarding incorrect questions/answers.

Q:   Where is the TNPSC Group 2 Counselling conducted?

TNPSC Group-2 counselling is held at the commission's office for all the candidates qualifying for the oral test/ interview round. In the TNPSC counselling round, candidates are recruited for different posts based on the option exercised by them and the availability of vacancies. The candidates are required to carry all their academic and professional certificates on the day of Counselling. Besides this, the candidates are also required to carry all the relevant documents for claiming relaxation in any of the exam processes.

Q:   What was the last date to upload the documents for the TNPSC Group 2 Main Exam 2022?

A:
The last date to upload the documents online was December 16, 2022. The candidates could upload their documents through the e-Seva centre of Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation Limited (TACTV). The Commission did not consider the candidature of those candidates who did not upload their documents within the last date of uploading the documents. The TNPSC Group 2 main exam was conducted on February 25, 2023, across the state. It was an objective-type paper conducted offline.

Q:   How much time is provided to the candidates to fill out the TNPSC Group 2 application form?

The Commission provides thirty days to fill out the TNPSC Group 2 application form. The Commission provide a time period of a month to apply online for the exam. TNPSC Group 2 notification 2024 was released online on June 20, 2024 and the last date to apply for the exam is July 19. The candidates can fill out the TNPSC Group 2 application online only.

The TNPSC Group 2 exam will be conducted on September 14, 2024.

Yes, the TNPSC has released a model question paper for the Group 2 exam based on the new syllabus. The candidates should practice with the previous year's question papers and mock tests to score better in the real examination.
