The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Services Selection Board (UPSESSB), Allahabad has announced the exam date for the UP PGT and UP TGT recruitment. UP TGT PGT exam date for the 2022 session has been announced by the board on its official website. The UP TGT exam will be held on May 14 and 15, 2025 and UP PGT exam will be held on June 20 and 21, 2025 for a total of 4163 vacancies.

The UP TGT PGT admit card 2025 will be released around 10 days before the exam. The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Services Selection Board (UPSESSB), Allahabad will issue the UP PGT TGT admit cards to all the candidates who applied for the exam. Candidates can download the admit card for the UP TGT PGT exam using the login details on the link activated by the board.

Candidates can follow the given below steps to download the UP TGT PGT Admit Card 2025:

• Go to the official site of UP TGT PGT exam of the UPSESSB.
• Click on the admit card link.
• Enter the login details such as registration number and password which was given to you at the time of filling the application form.
• Click on the submit button.
• Download the UP PGT TGT admit card.
• Take a printout of it.

The UP TGT PGT application form was available online from June 9 to July 16, 2022. UP PGT TGT online form 2022-23 was released on the official website- upsessb.pariksha.nic.in and upsessb.org. The candidates were able to apply online for the UP TGT PGT teacher exam by registering on the official website.

Candidates can apply for the exam by following the steps given below:

• Visit the official website- upsessb.pariksha.nic.in.
• Click on TGT/ PGT exam link.
• Click on ‘Apply’ button against the TGT or PGT exam.
• Click on ‘Registration’ button against the post you want to apply for.
• Read the instructions carefully, accept the declaration and submit.
• Fill out the registration form.
• Fill the online UP TGT PGT application form.
• Upload the scanned documents.
• Pay the UP TGT PGT application fee.
• Submit and save the confirmation page.

Candidates aspiring to become PGT teacher in Uttar Pradesh schooks need to have a BEd Degree, compulsorily. Candidates must have a Master's Degree in the respective subject from a recognised university along with BEd Degree/ MEd Degree/ PhD/ Part in National Sports Championship. Candidates who fulfill the laid down UP PGT eligibility criteria are eligble to apply for the exam. 

Hi Manita, Having B.Ed Degrees or other teacher training certificates after graduation are called Trained Graduate Teachers (TGTs) and these teachers are eligible to teach in junior classes in school. TGT or Trained Graduate Teachers should have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a recognized University with 50% marks or above in aggregate as well as in the concerned subject for recruitment and B.Ed. or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
