AIBE XIX (19) 2024: Objection Window (Closed), Answer Key (OUT for All SETs), Result & COP

The Bar Council of India (BCI) released the provisional answer key for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 19 on December 28, 2024. Candidates were given the opportunity to raise objections until January 10, 2025. 

As of now, BCI has not announced the exact release date for the final answer key. Typically, after reviewing the objections, BCI publishes the final answer key, followed by the examination results. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official AIBE website for updates. 

The final answer key will provide the definitive solutions to the examination questions, and the results will be based on this key. Therefore, it's crucial for candidates to stay informed through official channels to know when the final answer key and results are released. 

To get the Certificate of Practice (COP) after passing the All India Bar Examination AIBE you need to follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Register with the Bar Council of India: You need to register yourself with the Bar Council of India by submitting the AIBE scorecard, your law degree Certificate and other relevant documents. You will also need to pay the registration fee and fulfill any other requirements specified by the Bar Council of India.
2. Apply for the Certificate of Practice: After registering with the Bar Council of India, you can apply for the Certificate of Practice by submitting an application along with the required documents such as your identity proof, address proof, and a declaration that you have not been convicted of any criminal offense or professional misconduct.
3. Pay the fees: You need to pay the prescribed fees for the issuance of the Certificate of Practice.
4. Verification of documents: The Bar Council of India will verify all the documents submitted by you to ensure that they are authentic.
5. Issuance of Certificate of Practice: Once your application and documents are verified, the Bar Council of India will issue you the Certificate of Practice. It is important to note that the exact process and requirements for obtaining the Certificate of Practice may vary slightly from state to state in India. 2. You will be redirected to an "AIBE Objection' form
3. Complete the following actions:
   • Select your Paper Code (A, B, C, or D)
   • Select the Question Number
   • The official answer will be automatically populated
   • Fill in your answer
   • Put in remarks, if any
   • Finally, attach a file with proof for your answer
4. Submit the AIBE XIX objection form

AIBE 19 Exam 2024 date was conducted on December 22, 2024. Only those candidates who are enrolled with any state bar council were eligible to apply. AIBE 19 Exam was conducted in 22 regional languages including english. The AIBE Exam 2024 was conducted in offline, pen-and-paper mode acorss the country.
