LSAT India 2025 will be conducted in January 2025, and May 2025 in an online home-based remote proctored test. Pearson VUE, on behalf of LSAC Global, will conduct the LSAT India 2025 in online mode as a home proctored test. The exam will be held in multiple slots and in two sessions: the January 2025 session and June 2025 session. The exam dates for the two sessions will tenatively be announced in August 2025 with the release of the LSAT India 2025 Notification. LSAT India 2025: Things to Keep in Mind before the Exam

With less than a week remaining for the law entrance exam, it is important for candidates to do the following two things:

  • Ensure that the system on which you will be giving the test meets all specified requirements. Some such system requirements include:

End all web sharing applications like Skype, Team Viewer, MS Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, ShareIt, Webex, etc

Q:   When will LSAT India 2025 be conducted?

A:

LSAT India 2025 will be conducted twice or in two sessions in 2025. These sessions will be January 2025 session and May 2025 session. The LSAT India 2025 for the January 2025 session will tentatively be conducted in the second week of January 2025, in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The LSAT India 2025 May session exam will tentatively be held in the third week of May 2025, in the same mode. You will have to book an exam slot by visiting the website of LSAT India to take the exam in CBT mode from your home. The web address to this website is lsatindia.in

Candidates need to note that the dates mentioned here are tentative. These dates are subject to change with the change in the LSAT India 2025 exam sessions (exam timings).

Q:   When can my LSAT India score be cancelled?

A:

Your score for the LSAT India will be cancelled if you do not follow the testing regulations, break the candidate agreement (Terms and Conditions), or cheat during the exam. All of these violations count towards the cancellation of results on the LSAT India. In the event that there is proof of cheating during the post test analysis, the scores may be cancelled. Your results will be cancelled, and you will not be given the opportunity to retake the exam. Thus, while taking the ISAT India exam, candidates need to follow the exam guidelines to ensure that their exam results do not get cancelled. The main guidelines related the exam are to remain stable to the view of the camera and not to obstruct the view of camera and your face and not to cheat. Candidates also must not allow anyone to come into the room where they will take the LSAT India test.

Q:   Which device can I use to take the LSAT India exam?

A:

You must use a laptop or desktop computer to take the LSAT India exam. LSAT India exam takers also need to know which devices are not permitted to be used while taking the exam. These devices include mobile phones, tablets (including hybrid tablets like Windows Surface Pro), timers or stop watches, fitness-tracking devices, electronic cigarettes, digital watches, chronograph watches (digital or nondigital), calculator watches, beepers, personal digital assistants (PDAs) like Alexa, Siri and others, calculators, cameras, listening devices, recording devices, headsets, and iPods and other media players, etc. Please be informed that devices like laptops and desktop computers that aren't being utilised for the test are also not allowed. Your web camera data collected during the test may be used in an investigation if your session is flagged for a violation, and any misconduct found may result in the cancellation of your score for the year with no chance of a refund or retest.

LSAT India 2025: Exam Day Guidelines

Before the LSAT India 2025 test starts on the exam day, candidates should ensure the following:

  • Clear workspace from all prohibited items such as mobile phone, notes, books, etc.
  • Ensure that there is adequate lighting in the room so that your face is clearly visible at time of giving the test
  • You are allowed to have two blank papers along with a pen or pencil on your workspace that you can use for scratch/rough work
  • Login to the test on time as latecomers will not be allowed to take the test
  • Do not indulge in any misconduct during the exam such as using a mobile phone, communicating with anyone, using any study material, taking the test in cyber café, leaving your seat, removing your face from the front of the webcam, recording the computer screen and receiving any assistance from others in answering the questions

LSAT India 2025: How to take the Online Home-Proctored Test?

Check complete details on how to take the LSAT India 2025 online proctored test below:

  • Login to the proctored test using the provided test link. Login credentials will be the same as used for system verification.
  • After logging in, click your photo and wait for about 10-15 minutes until a proctor verifies your identity. It may be noted that you are not allowed to wear headphones while clicking the photo.
  • Accept the conditions on the Instructions page in order to start the test
  • Read all the instructions on the instructions page carefully
  • Click on the Start Test button/link to start the test
  • You have to attempt the questions in a chronological manner. Once the section is skipped, you would not be able to return to the previous section
  • In case you have a faulty camera or blank video is being captured, you exam will pause automatically and someone from the Support team will connect with you to resolve the issue

LSAT India 2025: Dos & Don’ts

  • Sit in a quiet area with enough lighting to record your face on webcam
  • Sit alone in the room during the test
  • If required, wear only non-electronic insertable foam earplugs
  • Always be seated within the boundaries of the webcam
  • You can wear religious headgear during the exam

List of Don’ts

  • Do not interact with others while giving the test
  • Do not wear any headphones/earphones other than the non-electronic insertable foam earplugs
  • Do not use any book/notebook during the exam other than the two A4 size blank sheets and a pen/pencil
  • Do not wear any sunglasses or cap during the exam
  • Do not make any suspicious movement like leaving the seat or looking elsewhere other than the screen or workspace
  • Do not speak aloud or allow others in the room with you during the test

 LSAT India 2025: Technical Problems & Re-Test

In case, any candidate faces any technical issue during the exam due to the loss of power, internet connectivity, webcam/computer malfunction, etc. s/he can contact the Support team as per the below details:

In case, the Support team is unable to resolve the issue and a candidate is unable to complete the test, s/he can request for a re-test within 24 hours of the start time of their test appointment. The candidate can request for the re-test by using the query system on LSAT India 2025 registration dashboard.

Q:   Which things should I avoid doing during the LSAT India test?

A:

Individuals who are in the legal profession must uphold the highest moral and ethical standards. The candidates who participate in the LSAT India exam are also future legal professionals if they succeed in the exam and pursue a law degree. Thus, LSAT India exam takers are not allowed to do the things mentioned below: 1. Using or having access to any books, notes, or study resources. 2. Allowing unauthorised access to the computer you are using for testing or the test content. 3. Adjusting the perspective of the web camera in any manner other than to make it possible to see your face more clearly. 4. Having any electronic device in the workspace besides the testing tools. 5. Attempting to launch any programme other than the test application. 9. Attempting to screenshot or copy the test materials. 10. Establishing or removing any external storage device connections. 11. Taking the test at a public location, such as a library or cybercafe. 12. Sharing a testing space with another applicant while taking the exam. 13. Sharing information about the test in any format, including online or through other media, whether it be oral or written. 14. Collaborating with or getting help from anyone else to complete the questions asked in the test.
