AILET Cut-off 2025: National Law University (NLU) Delhi has released the course-wise AILET 2025 Cuoff for BA LLB, BCom LLB and LLM courses. The cutoff for a specific course refers to the minimum marks candidates need to get admission to the course offed by NLUD. The AIET 2025 cutoff was released during the AILET 2025 counselling and seat allotment.

Difficulty level of the question paper: Tough question paper may lead to lower cut off and an easy or moderate question paper may result in higher cut-off
Number of candidates appeared for the exam: More the candidates in AILET exam, the higher is the cutoff for the exam
Average performance of candidates in the exam: The better the candidates perform in AILET, the more is the cut off for the exam and vice-versa
Total seats for the BA LLB/LLM course: NLU Delhi has limited seats for BA LLB and LLM courses, therefore, the cut off is usually high

AILET: Qualifying Cut Off vs Admission Cut Off 2025

In the AILET Exam 2025, there are two types of AILET Cutoff Marks. NLU Delhi will create the qualifying cut-off and admission cut-off similar to each other. Candidates can check the difference between the two cut-offs below:

Achieving the qualifying cut-off marks is not enough to guarantee admission.	Scoring the required marks as per the admission cut-off can secure your admission.
The university releases the cut-off prior to the exam.	The admission cut-off for the NLU will be announced at the time of the counselling process.
Candidates who do not achieve a rank above the cut-off will not be included in the merit list.	Those who do not score marks as per the admission cut-off may get admission in the mop-up round (if seats are available)

What After AILET 2025 Cut-off Release?

The merit list will be published shortly after the cut-off is announced. You will be invited to AILET counselling only if you score above the cut-off marks. The counselling process begins after the result declaration and is the final step for admission following AILET clearance. It is conducted online, allowing candidates to participate remotely.

Only those who have qualified in the AILET are eligible for counselling. Candidates must attend the counselling session on time and present the necessary documents for verification. Essential documents required for the counselling include your 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates, AILET scorecard, admit card, admission letter, caste certificate, transfer certificate, demand draft, passport-size photographs, and more.

AILET Cutoff 2024

The AILET 2024 cut off for BA LLB for general category was between 80 and 90. However, the cut offs for the course for OBC and EWS categories were 60-65 and 55-60, respectively. The AILET 2024 LLM cut offs for general, OBC and EWS categories were 60-65, 45-50, and 38-40, respectively.

AILET 2023 Expected Cut-off

According to candidates who took the AILET 2023 exam, the cut-off this year could be between the range of 80-90 marks.

The students remarked that the question paper this year was easier compared to the last edition. However, considering the exam pattern was changed this session, the cut-off won't get affected that much.

Note that for AILET 2023, the Logical reasoning section was merged with the English language section, which confused a lot of candidates.
