Pursuing an MBA degree is trending and numerous business schools are coming up with new management programmes. However, I believe that a global MBA programme has an added advantage over the regular ones.

A global MBA helps you gain knowledge about emerging global opportunities and risks. Pursuing a global MBA degree from Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management - TSCFM not only widened my perspective about various business concepts but also helped me develop critical thinking abilities.

There is an expanding professional footprint, which allows us to learn and understand the global perspective. In my opinion, one can explore and learn from a variety of different markets and demographics. To fulfil the revolutionary demands in customer service jobs and methods, the market is always changing and evolving. Candidates with a specialised understanding of global markets, regulatory issues, and commercial practices are presently in high demand, thus this programme will prepare them for the same. Thadomal Shahani center for management (TSCFM) in Mumbai has collaborated with Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) for the global MBA programme. They ensure that they arrange frequent sessions by various industry experts who can give information about the industry and the in-demand skills required to be a globally competent candidate. Also, various activities such as industrial visits, sales presentations and other activities such as group discussions, etc. helped me enhanced my communication skills.

To fulfil the revolutionary demands in customer service jobs and methods, the market is always changing and evolving. Candidates with a specialised understanding of global markets, regulatory issues, and commercial practices are presently in high demand, thus this programme will prepare them for the same.

Another benefit of this programme is that it makes you job-ready. It also provides students with exposure to an international community, helping them build a global outlook and open a wide range of career opportunities. This degree helped me understand the importance of project-based learning. Through various projects undertaken during my MBA degree, I have developed various skills and qualities such as project management, problem solving, creativity and professionalism. A global MBA degree focuses not just on a macro development of skills but also focuses on developing micro-skills. For example, the project guidelines for plagiarism and formatting issues helped me write my assignments and answers in my own words. This helped me develop my creative skills.

Since, this programme is recognised in overall 120 countries globally, after the candidates have completed this programme it not only allows freshers to apply for jobs in India but also abroad.

The Global MBA certification provides a platform that assists students in fulfilling their career growth ambitions, leading to a bright future with greater work prospects in the business world and higher income. This degree has given a shape to my career and has made me job ready not just in India but globally.
