IRMASAT 2025 Application Form: Check Registration Fees, Process & Last Date to Apply!

The IRMASAT exam was scrapped by the Institute of Rural Management, Anand. The college started accepting scores of the popular national entrance exams such as CAT, XAT and CMAT for admission to the PGDM programme in Rural Management by the institute. 

The application process for IRMASAT usually starts in the month of October or November each year. The IRMASAT application forms for the 2024-26 session were released on December 26, 2023. The last date of application was January 8, 2024. Candidates could have applied for the IRMA online by filing the IRMASAT application form. The application form was available on the official website of IRMA. 

The documents required for filling out the IRMASAT application form include:

• Identity proof issued by the Government of India 
• Photograph of the candidate
• Digital copy of the signatures of the candidate
• Valid Email ID and mobile number
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• PwD certificate (if applicable)
• Class 12 marksheet

Candidates must ensure that they have clear and precise scanned copies of the required documents. If the uploaded documents are blur, the IRMASAT application form may be rejected by the authorities. 

IRMASAT is conducted by the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) for admission to its Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) programme. The eligibility criteria for IRMASAT are as follows:

• Domestic Candidates:
  • Graduates in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
  • Candidates in their final year of the examination are also eligible, but they must submit proof of qualifying the final year by September 2024.
  • Candidates must have scored 85 percentile or above in CAT 2023, XAT 2024, or CMAT 2024.
• Foreign Candidates:
  • Graduates in any stream with at least 50% aggregate or equivalent from a recognised university.
  • Candidates must have appeared in GMAT/GRE (from 2016 onwards) and have a score that meets the minimum cut-off criteria set by IRMA.
• Sponsored Candidates:
  • Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university/institution.
  • Candidates should have worked with the sponsoring organisation for a minimum of two years (as of July 1, 2024) as a regular employee on a full-time basis.
• There is no age limit to appear for IRMASAT.

Yes, international students can apply for IRMASAT. They need to check specific eligibility criteria and guidelines for international applicants on the official IRMA website. The candidate must be a Graduate in any stream with at least 50% aggregate or equivalent from a recognised university. He/She should have appeared for GMAT/GRE and have a valid score that meets the minimum cut off criteria. Foreign candidates do not have to appear in IRMASAT, but they will be required to participate in Group Activity and Personal Interview round.

Next, download your IRMASAT admit card from the official website. Following these evaluations, a final selection list is prepared, and selected candidates receive an admission offer letter with details on the admission process, fee payment, and other formalities. Complete the fee payment and enrollment process as instructed, then attend the orientation programme and commence classes as per the academic schedule.

The IRMASAT application fee can be paid online only using a credit card, debit card, internet banking or other modes of online fee payment. The IRMASAT application fee for all candidates is as follows:

*Candidates belonging to the BPL category will be exempted from paying application fees. They must upload a scanned copy of the latest proof of BPL status to avail of this facility.

1. IRMASAT registration: Candidates need to register themselves as new candidates on the official website of IRMA using their name, email ID, mobile number, date of birth, etc. 
2. On successful registration, an OTP will be sent to the email address mentioned
3. Verify your account by using the OTP 
4. After the registrations, fill in the complete IRMASAT application form
5. Upload the required documents in the prescribed format
6. Pay the IRMASAT application fee online using a credit card, debit card, internet banking, other modes of online fee payment

The exam conducting authority, IRMA, may provide a limited window for candidates to make corrections or edits to certain details in the IRMASAT application form after submission. However, this facility is typically available for correcting minor errors or updating specific information such as contact details, category details, etc. Major changes such as modification of educational qualifications or personal information may not be allowed after submission.
