KMAT admit card 2024 download link was made live on September 18, 2024. The KMAT 2024 admit cards were available on the official website of KMAT India and candidates can download them through the link provided on the website. Candidates can download the KMAT admit card by entering their login details i.e. Registration ID/Application Number and Password/DOB. KMAT hall ticket 2024 will be issued only to those candidates who have successfully submitted their application form before the last date of registration. Those who do not complete the KMAT application process and pay the application fee will not be issued the admit cards. Candidates must keep the admit card safely as it is mandatory to keep it with them during the exam. KMAT mock test 2024 was also conducted from September 17, 2024, to September 18, 2024. KMAT exam centre officials will check the admit card of each candidate before the exam starts. Candidates are required to keep a printout of the KMAT 2024 admit card and show it to the human proctor before the exam.

Q:   When will KPPGCA release the KMAT admit card?

A:

KMAT 2024 admit card will release on Septmber 18, 2024. The KMAT 2024 exam will be conducted on September 22, 2024, in the internet-based remote proctored mode. 
On the day of the exam candidates had to carry the KMAT admit card to take entry at the exam hall. All those candidates who have registered for the exam were able to download their KMAT admit card 2024 online by submitting their application number and password. KMAT admit card 2024 includes details like the candidate's name, father's name, exam date, exam time, etc. Before downloading the KMAT hall ticket 2024, candidates are advised to crosscheck all the details mentioned on it. The admit card of KMAT 2024 is one of the most important documents without which candidates will not be able to appear in KMAT 2024. Besides being used on exam day, KMAT 2024 admit card will be required during the exam counselling process as well.

Q:   Will the KMAT exam be conducted in double shifts?

A:

No, the KMAT exam will be conducted only in single shift. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the KPPGCA, exam conducting authority, has resolved to the remote-proctored mode. Even then, the exam will only be conducted in one shift on a single day. KMAT exam pattern has not changed much since past few years. KMAT exam will be conducted in the internet-based test mode in the morning shift in the first week of November 2024, tentatively. The shift timings for both the courses, MBA and MCA will be the same.

Q:   What is the duration of the KMAT exam and can I change my exam slot?

A:

The KMAT exam is held for two hours or 120 minutes. There is only one slot for the KMAT exam. KMAT exam does not have a sectional time limit. This means, that the candidates can solve the question paper with ease without worrying about the sectional timer. However, they must complete the question paper within the overall time limit. Candidates must take care of saving their answers at every step as the moment 120 minutes will get over, the test will automatically stop. There is no provision of changing the exam slot. And there is no provision to apply for the same. Candidates will have to appear for the exam at the time as mentioned on their KMAT Karnataka admit card. Candidates must make sure that they setlled on their seats and have logged in at least 15 minutes prior to the exam time. In case, candidates find any technical difficulty in logging in, they will have the time window to get it resolved.

No, the KMAT application fee is generally non-refundable. Once the KMAT application fee is paid, it is unlikely to be refunded, regardless of the circumstances. Even if the candidate fails to appear for the exam, then also the application fee is non-refundable.

A:

The KMAT admit cards will be available to download from the official website. Candidates can download the KMAT admit card multiple times but before downloading the admit card, candidates must make sure that there are no errors in the hall ticket. Once downloaded, candidates should take two or three coloured print outs of the KMAT hall ticket. Also, they must keep the admit card till the admission process is complete as they may be asked to present the KMAT admit card at the time of admission.

The admit card may also not be accessible in the student dashboard after the exam or result announcement. Moreover, since the signed and stamped admit card will be considered valid for any activity post the exam, even if you can download a fresh copy after the exam day, it will be of no use. KMAT Karnataka 2024: Exam Day Guidelines

Following are the KMAT 2024 exam day guidelines that the students must follow before the exam:

  • Do not start a new topic on the exam day or a day prior to the exam.
  • Complete the revision a day before the exam and sleep for at least eight hours to wake up with a fresh mind on the exam day.
  • Do not keep any electronic devices such as watches, cell phones, etc. during the exam.

Q:   What items are prohibited during the KMAT exam?

A:

Candidates appearing for the KMAT exam, must not use any electronic item including the watch, mobile phone, ipad, calculator, smartwatch, etc. during the KMAT exam. Any candidate found using such an item during the exam will be disqualified. Candidates can check time on the onscreen timer on their computer systems during the KMAT exam. Apart from electronic items, stationary other than a blue/black ball point pen and eatables are not allowed. Caps and headgear, goggles, etc. which cover the face in any way are also not allowed during the exam.

On the KMAT exam day, candidates have to follow certain guidelines which include settling on time, cooperating with the exam conducting staff, following instructions of the test invigilator and following the test navigation for solving the KMAT questions.
