In order to avoid any potential issues, it is recommended that you contact the exam conducting authorities or the institutions you have applied to and explain the situation to them. They may be able to provide guidance on how to rectify the mistake or how to proceed with your application. It is always better to be proactive and address any potential issues as soon as possible, rather than waiting until later in the admission process when it may be more difficult to rectify the mistake.
