Amid the worldwide pandemic and lockdown situation, the academic activities have come to a standstill. With delayed results, postponed exams and deferred classes, students are left confused and concerned about their future. CBSE 10th and 12th exams are among those that are yet to be conducted. Students who are supposed to appear for the pending examination are time and again trying to get in contact with the officials of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

According to the reports, the CBSE Secretory Anurag Tripathi, talked to the media Tripathi about the way forward for CBSE 10th, 12th Board Exams and CBSE results. Talking about the evaluation process, the CBSE Secretory stated, ''We have started with the evaluation process but the process has not over yet due to the lockdown. We still need 1-2 months to give the final CBSE Result 2020.''

The CBSE secretory revealed that more than 70% of the evaluation is still left to be done.

Talking about the effect lockdown on the mental health of students, Mr Anurag said, ''CBSE requests all the students that they should not panic. And parents are requested to keep them calm. This is a world problem over education.”

Mr Anurag further added that the board is thinking to conduct the remaining exams for CBSE 10th and CBSE 12th students. However, the Board will release CBSE Class 10 Date Sheet 2020 and CBSE Class 12 Date Sheet 2020 for pending exams 10 days in advance. CBSE is going to conduct those exams within 10 days after May 3, if government permits and the lockdown doesn't extend.

Theon prevailing emergency situation tells that students have to wait for CBSE 10th Result 2020 and CBSE 12th Result 2020  a little longer.

Talking about the pending medical and engineering entrance exams, the CBSE Secretory added, “For JEE Main, NEET, when the situation gets normal, the evaluation will be done and competitive examinations will be held then only.”
