JEE Advanced 2024 Result in 2 Days; IIT Counselling Dates Out
JEE Advanced 2024 result will be out on June 9 at jeeadv.ac.in. IIT Madras will declare the result online under the candidates' respective logins. To check the result candidates have to login with their JEE Advanced application number, date of birth and registered mobile number. JEE Advanced result will have the all India ranks of the candidates, marks of the candidates in each subject and also the overall aggregate marks.
A day after the result is announced, JoSAA counselling 2024 will start. JoSAA counselling will be held for candidates with JEE Main 2024 ranks for NIT, IIIT and GFTI admissions and JEE Advanced 2024 ranks for IIT admissions.
JEE Advanced 2024 counselling is called the JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) counselling. This year JoSAA registration will start on June 10 and will have five rounds. Candidate registration and choice filling will run from June 10 to June 19. Check the round-wise schedule below:
- Round 1: June 20 to 26, 2024
- Round 2: June 27 to July 3, 2024
- Round 3: July 4 to 9, 2024
- Round 4: July 10 to 16, 2024
- Round 5: July 17 to 23, 2024
After the JEE Advanced 2024 result is announced, the candidates who have received an all India rank on their scorecards must apply for JoSAA counselling with their ranks. The counselling process is completely online. JoSAA counselling includes registration and choice filling, locking choices, seat allocation, document verification and reporting to the allotted institute.
The JEE Advanced 2024 exam was held on May 26. IIT Madras released the official question papers after the exam and candidate response sheets on May 31. The provisional answer keys were released on June 2 and challenges were accepted until June 3. The final answer keys will be released with the result on June 9.
