JEE Advanced 2022 Result (LIVE) OUT: Direct Link, Toppers OUT, AAT Registrations Started

Candidates are advised to check the AAT eligibility 2022 before applying for the examination. The criteria have been listed below for the candidate's reference:

• Candidates should have qualified JEE Advanced 2022
• Along with securing a valid rank in JEE Advanced, the candidates should also meet the basic academic eligibility criteria of the examination.
• Also, candidates must have appeared in the class 12 examination for the first time in 2021 or 2022, not any earlier than that.
• Candidates also must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects.
• Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1996. Five years of age relaxation is given to SC/ST/PwD candidates.
• A candidate can attempt JEE (Advanced) AAT maximum of two times in two consecutive years.

A total of 16,598 seats are up for grabs in all 23- Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) this year, including 1,567 supernumerary seats for female candidates.

This year, a total of 1,60,038 candidates registered and 1,55,538 appeared for both papers. Out of them, 40,712 candidates have qualified. 

JEE Advanced 2022 Topper is

• R K Shishir of IIT Bombay zone is the top ranker in Common Rank List (CRL) in JEE Advanced 2022. He obtained 314 marks out of 360 marks.
• Tanishka Kabra of IIT Delhi zone is the top-ranked female with CRL 16. She obtained 277 marks out of 360.

Aptitude Test (AAT) registration is now open. JEE Advanced qualified candidates can register from September 11, 2022, 10:00 AM to September 12, 5 PM on the Candidate Portal.

The exam result/ranks will be the basis of students’ admission to various IITs. Students can check the steps to download their JEE Advanced 2022 scorecard below:

• Visit the official website of JEE Advanced 2022.
• Enter your 7-digit roll number, date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format, and the 10-digit phone number that you used while registering for JEE (Advanced), and click on the 'Submit' button.
• JEE Advanced 2022 result will be displayed on the screen.
• Go through your result carefully, download, save and take printouts for future use.

IIT Bombay has released the link for JEE Advanced 2022 result. However, the link for answer key and result is not active yet.

Rank lists are prepared based on the aggregate marks in JEE (Advanced) 2022. Only candidates who appear for BOTH Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be considered for ranking. There will be no waiting list for ranking.

Candidates have to follow the below steps to download JEE Advanced 2022 result: 

• Visit JEE Advanced official website - jeeadv.ac.in 2022.
• On the homepage, click on the JEE Advanced result link
• Enter registration number, date of birth and mobile number and click on submit button.
• The JEE Advanced scorecard will appear on the screen.
• Preview/Download and take a printout for future reference.

IIT Bombay will declare the JEE Advanced result 2022 soon. The time of declaration of the result is 10 am.

BArch program is available at IIT (BHU) Varanasi, IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee only. Candidates desirous of joining the BArch (Architecture) program will have to pass the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT). Only those candidates who have qualified in JEE (Advanced) 2022 are eligible to appear in AAT 2022. AAT will be conducted at all IITs. No separate admit card will be issued for AAT. The downloaded admit card of JEE (Advanced) 2022 has to be printed and produced in the AAT examination hall, along with original photo identity card.

Candidates must register online at the JEE (Advanced) 2022 online portal for AAT. The test will consist of one paper of three hours duration in English language only. Candidates should bring their own drawing and colouring aids.  Results of AAT will be declared on the JEE (Advanced) 2022 online portal.

Candidates will be able to check JEE Advanced 2022 results today at 10 am. The result will be declared online only on the official website jeeadv.ac.in.

To check JEE Advanced result 2022 candidates have to enter their JEE Advanced registration number, date of birth and mobile number.

IIT Bombay will declare JEE Advanced 2022 results today at 10 at jeeadv.ac.in.

The courses offered by the IITs via JEE Advanced 2022 are BTech, BS, BArch, BTech and MTech dual degree, BS and MS dual degree, Integrated MTech, and Integrated MSc.

JEE Advanced 2022 results will be out on the official website only, which is jeeadv.ac.in.

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2022 has been set up by the Ministry of Education [erstwhile Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD)] to manage and regulate the joint seat allocation for admissions to 114 institutes for the academic year 2022-23. This includes 23 IITs, 31 NITs, IIEST Shibpur, 26 IIITs and 33 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs). Admission to all the academic programs offered by these Institutes will be made through a single platform.

Qualifying in JEE (Advanced) 2022, filling in choices and/or participating in the joint seat allocation process does not guarantee a candidate admission to IITs. Admission will depend on merit and the availability of seats during various rounds of seat allocation, which will be done via the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2022.

JEE Advanced 2022 result will be out at 10 am.

Rank lists are prepared based on the aggregate marks in JEE Advanced 2022. Category-wise All India Ranks (AIR) of successful candidates will be available through the JEE Advanced 2022 online portal after the results are declared. Text messages will also be sent to the candidates to their registered mobile numbers.

All IITs take admission to engineering courses based on JEE Advanced scores. Check the list below.

Only those candidates who will secure minimum marks in JEE Advanced 2022, as prescribed by the IITs will be included in the AIR list for JoSAA counselling and IIT admissions. Allotment of seats will be solely based on the category-wise All India Rank in the JEE Advanced 2022.

The minimum prescribed marks vary with the category as shown in the following table.

Category-wise All India Ranks (AIR) of successful candidates will be available through the JEE Advanced 2022 online portal after the results are declared. 

JEE Advanced 2022 Provisional answer key was out on Sept 3. The final answer key will be out on September 11.
