IIM Director Recruitment 2024: The Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai (IIM Mumbai) is inviting eligible candidates to apply for the position of Director. It further informed that the appointment of the new Director will be done ensuring that the candidate meets eligibility criteria and passes necessary clearances.

IIM Director Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates willing to apply for the vacant position of IIM Mumbai Director must go through the following eligibility criteria before applying:

• The preferred candidate should have an exceptional academic background, including a first-class Bachelor's and Master's degree, along with a PhD or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
• Furthermore, candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in teaching or research, with at least seven years at the level of full Professor at a distinguished institution. Alternatively, individuals with a minimum of 15 years of substantial experience in a senior role within the industry are also encouraged to apply.

Clearance Procedures

Clearance from the vigilance department of their respective organisation is a must for the candidates currently employed within an organisation under government control. Meanwhile, a clean police verification report is required for private individuals,.

Citizenship Requirements

Candidates willing to apply for the vacant position must be Indian citizens or Overseas Citizens of India (OCI).

Term Limit

It must be noted that the term of the Director's position at IIM Mumbai is limited to a maximum of two terms.
