AIIMS is all set to conduct an open round counselling for M.Sc. Nursing/MSc Courses/M.Biotechnology on September 12, 2023, at 8:30 am for vacant seats in various AIIMS across the country.

AIIMS will conduct an open round counselling to fill vacant seats of M.Sc. Nursing/MSc Courses/M.Biotechnology programmes in various AIIMS across the country. The counselling will be held on September 12, 2023.

"Any seat/s falling vacant in any MSc./M. Biotechnology/MSc. Nursing Course by way of seat surrender/resignation till 11.09.2023 up to 5.00 p.m. will be added to these seats and will be available for open counselling. Therefore, the number of seats indicated against each Department/category is provisional and may vary at the time of offline counselling," reads the official notification.

The allocation of seats will be made strictly as per rank/merit of candidates in the entrance examination and rest of the terms and conditions/ eligibility as mentioned in the prospectus for Aug., 2023 Session remain the same.

To appear in the open round counselling, the candidates need to register themselves online on the AIIMS website - www.aiimsexam.ac.in till September 7, 2023, up to 5 pm.

A Demand Draft (DD) of an amount of INR 25,000/- should be made in the favour of AIIMS MAIN GRANT to show at the time of verification to participate in Open round of Seat Allocation, those who have not made the Demand Draft shall not be allowed to participate, said the AIIMS statement.

M.Sc Course/M. Biotechnology/MSc Nursing candidates (who registered themself) need to report on September 12 at 8:30 am in JLN Auditorium, AIIMS Delhi.

"The candidate has to produce Demand Draft of Rs.25,000/- alongwith all original certificates of qualification viz. Admit Card, 10th passing/Birth Certificate showing his/her date of birth, Degree/Provisional/passing Certificate from any recognized University with 60% marks for GEN/OBC/EWS candidates and 55% marks for SC/ST Candidates/Mark Sheets of the qualifying examination/ Registration slip generated for open round /Proof of belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS along with a set of self-attested copies of all the certificates," added the official notification.
