Candidates can check the SSC GD Constable result 2024 by following the steps mentioned below:

The Commission declares the SSC GD constable Result 2024 for recruitment of Constable (GD) in the Border Security Force, Central Reserve Police Force, Central Industrial Security Force, Indo Tibetan Border Police, Sahastra Seema Bal, Sepoy in NCB, and Rifleman in Assam Rifles. The SSC GD result contains important details about the exam and the qualifying candidates such as Exam name, Names of qualifying candidates, Roll numbers of qualifying candidates, Categories of candidates and Names of forces.

The SSC GD merit list 2024 is prepared in each stage of the exam. Have a look:

• Male and female candidates are shortlisted state/ area-wise and category-wise based on their merit in the SSC GD exam (including NCC bonus marks, if applicable) for appearing in the PST/ PET. The number of candidates shortlisted for PST/ PET based on their merit in the online exam will be about eight times of the number of vacancies. 
• Male and female candidates who qualify in the PST/ PET will be shortlisted state/ area-wise and category-wise based on their merit in the SSC GD online exam (including NCC bonus marks, if applicable) for appearing in the DME/ DV. The number of candidates shortlisted for the DME/ DV based on their merit in the online exam will be about two times of the number of vacancies.
• Candidates who are qualified in the PST/ PET and DV/ Medical exam will be considered for inclusion in the SSC GD final merit list.
• The allotment of CAPFs or organizations to finally selected candidates will be made based on the merit in the online exam (including NCC bonus marks)-cum-preference of forces submitted by candidates in the online application form.

The SSC GD marks 2024 of the Constable (GD) in CAPFs, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination, 2024 were released along with the result. The SSC GD Constable marks or scorecard 2024 were released for all candidates who took the exam. The SSC GD marks 2024 were displayed on the old official website- ssc.nic.in. Candidates can check their individual SSC GD marks 2024 and download the scorecard using the steps given below:

• Login using the old registration number and password.
• Click on the Result/Marks tab.
• SSC GD Marks/ score card appears on the screen.
• Download the scorecard and keep it for future reference.

The minimum SSC GD qualifying cutoff marks that candidates need to secure to qualify for SSC GD CBE are:

It may be noted that the final SSC GD merit list is prepared only based on candidates’ performance in SSC GD CBE exam. PET, PST and medical examination are only qualifying in nature.

SSC GD result 2024 is declared by the Staff Selection Commission after each stage of the exam is over.

• SSC GD Exam Result: Candidates whose SSC GD applications 2024 are shortlisted are called to appear for the SSC GD computer-based exam. Candidates qualifying the SSC GD CBE exam have to appear for the next stage of the exam.
• SSC GD Physical Result: Next, all qualifying candidates have to appear for the physical efficiency test and/or physical standard test. The SSC GD physical result of PET/ PST is declared by the CRPF. Candidates qualifying PET/PST have to appear for the final stage of the exam.
• SSC GD DME/DV & Final Result: The final stage of SSC GD includes a Detailed Medical Examination (DME) and Document Verification (DV) of candidates. In DME, candidates are tested to ensure that they are medically fit to join as a Constable or Rifleman in Indian forces. It may be noted that document verification to determine the SSC GD eligibility of candidates is also done at this stage. The SSC GD final result is declared by the Commission after the DME/ DV round.

The Review Medical Exam (RME) is conducted only for candidates who produce any medical certificate as evidence of the possibility of an error of judgment in the decision of the medical officer/board who had examined them in DME. However, the official website informs, “Such Medical Certificate will not be taken into consideration unless it contains a note by the Medical Officer from Government District Hospital or above along with registration no. given by MCI/ State Medical Council, to the effect that it has been given in full knowledge of the fact that the candidate has already been rejected and declared unfit for service by CAPF Medical Board.”  

In case, there is a tie between the SSC GD exam scores or marks of two candidates, it is resolved by following the below criteria in the given order:

• Marks in Part-A of Computer Based Examination.
• Marks in Part-B of Computer Based Examination.
• Date of Birth, with older candidates placed higher.
• Alphabetical order of names

SSC GD Result 2022-23

The Commission published the SSC GD result 2022-23 of the CBE on April 8, 2023. SSC GD final result 2023 was released on August 20, 2023 as a PDF file containing the number of candidates shortlisted for appointment in CAPFs. The SSC GD final result, cut off and merit list were released together. SSC GD final marks 2023 were released on September 20, 2023.

SSC GD Result 2021

SSC GD 2021 final marks were uploaded by the Commission on November 23, 2022, on the official website. Candidates were able to check their individual marks until December 7, 2022. The commission has decided to upload the final marks of candidates who were declared qualified for appearing in the Detailed Medical Examination (DME) or Review Medical Examination (RME). The SSC GD 2021 final result was declared on November 7, 2022. 

The Commission selected 22, 679 candidates in the SSC GD 2021 final result. The result of 849 candidates were kept withheld. The SSC GD exam was conducted for 25,271 vacancies across the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). Central Armed Police Force (CRPF) conducted the Detailed Medical Examination (DME) till October 4, 2022. SSC selected 92, 877 candidates for the Detailed Medical Examination(DME).
