• Visit the official website of NTA UGC NET: ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
• Click on the "Final UGC NET Answer Key 2024" link, on the homepage
• A new PDF file will open.
• The UGC NET final answer key will appear on the screen
• Download and save it for future references

Step 1: Log on to the official website of NTA UGC NET - https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in

Step 2: Click on the answer key link available for the UGC NET exam

Step 3: Click on any one of the login links:

All candidates who are not satisfied with the answer(s) in the key can challenge it in the prescribed format on the official website of the exam. However, candidates have to pay non-refundable INR 200 per question in online mode via Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI. The duration of the answer key challenge is January 31 (from 6 PM) to February 3, 2025 (up to 6 PM).

The steps to challenge the UGC NET provisional answer key are given below:

•  Visit the official website of UGC NET 2024
•  Click on the link available for the answer key
• Click on any one of the links: Through the application number and password or the application number and date of birth
• Enter the application number, password/date of birth, and security pin (as shown on the screen)
• Click on Sign In
• Click on the Challenge Answer Key link
• Select the correct answer option ID for the question ID for which the challenge needs to be made
• Click on the 'Save Your Claims' button
• Upload the supporting documents in a single PDF file to support your claim
• Click on the ‘Save Your Claims & Pay Fee’ button
• Pay INR 200 per question in the online mode

As per the official UGC NET notification, the NTA has reduced the provisional UGC NET answer key 2023 challenge fee from INR 1,000 to INR 200 per challenge.

The UGC NET provisional answer key is released along with the questions and marked responses. Once released, candidates are advised to check all answers in the key carefully to have the correct estimation of the UGC NET score.
