The AIIMS MSc Nursing registration for the academic year 2025-26 will tentatively begin in March 2025. Applicants will be able to fill out the application as per the schedule shared by AIIMS, Delhi. The application form for AIIMS MSc Nursing 2025 will be available in online mode only. The application process will start after the release of the official notification by the exam conducting body.  As a first step, the application window for the basic registration for AIIMS MSc Nursing exam begin in the first week of March 2025 and the final registration will continue till April 2025. 

The exam conducting authority will organise the registration process in two stages i.e. basic registration and final code generation per the PAAR method of registrationAccording to AIIMS MSc important dates 2025, the status of the application acceptance or rejection will be updated by the exam conducting body on the official website. 

Candidates whose AIIMS MSc nursing applications will get accepted will only be allowed to make corrections in the application forms. Read in details to know more about the basic and final registration of AIIMS MSc Nursing 2025 in details. 

How to Fill AIIMS MSc Nursing 2025 Application Form

AIIMS MSc Nursing 2025 application process is a two-stage process. Candidates are required to complete the formalities for both stages, failing to provide information in any of the stages the candidates’ application will be subjected to rejection.

AIIMS Nursing 2025 (MSc) Application form-filling process uses the newly introduced Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) system.

AIIMS Nursing 2025 application form process has the following two stages:

  • Stage 1: Basic Registration 
  • Stage 2: Final Registration

Stage 1: Basic Registration

Basic registration is the first stage that the candidates are required to complete. In this stage, the candidates have to provide their details such as name, date of birth, email ID (for communication purposes), mobile number (to share information and code via SMS), and then the scanned passport-size photo and scanned image of the signature and thumb impression. All India Institute of Medical Sciences will share a registration ID and a password with the candidate to conclude the Basic Registration process. The shared registration ID and password should be kept safely by the candidates for future reference.

Stage 2: Final Registration

Candidates whose application will be accepted will receive the registration ID and password post the successful submission of the basic registration. AIIMS has made it mandatory that the candidates won’t be able to proceed with the final registration process without generating the code and payment of the application fee. Candidates have to provide their academic details and submit the choice of the city as the exam centre in the final registration stage.

AIIMS MSc Nursing 2025 application fee can be paid via online mode using a Debit/Credit card or Net banking.

AIIMS 2025 Nursing Application Fee

The first stage which is the basic registration stage has no application fee. The final registration stage requires the candidate to pay a sum of non-refundable and non-transferable amounts. Below is the category-wise application fee:

Documents Required for Filling Application Form of AIIMS MSc Nursing 2025

Candidates are required to keep the following documents and information ready while filling out the AIIMS Nursing 2025 Application Form:

  • A valid mobile number
  • A valid e-mail ID
  • A valid credit/debit card and net banking details
  • Passport-size photograph.
  • Scanned image of the signature
  • Scanned image of thumb impression
  • Category certificate (For SC/ST/PwD category)
  • Qualifying exam mark sheet or the degree

AIIMS MSc Nursing Application Form 2025 - Important Guidelines

Students can check the below-mentioned instructions for AIIMS MSc Nursing Registration

1. The candidates need to ensure that the correct address, Mobile No. & email ID in the application form is filled. The Institute will not be responsible for any miscommunication due to an incorrect address, Mobile No. and email ID.

2. Students need to submit their caste certificate if they are claiming it while filling out the AIIMS MSc Nursing online form

3. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Entrance Examination/Interview/Seat Allocation. 

4.  The application fee is non-refundable and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. 

5. The size of the image that needs to be uploaded and the thumb impression should be as per the size mentioned in the notification otherwise application form for AIIMS MSc Nursing 2025 will be rejected.
