APSET Eligibility 2024

- General/ Unreserved/ General-EWS category candidates with at least 55 per cent marks (without rounding off) in Master’s Degree or equivalent examination are eligible to apply for APSET exam. Reserved category candidates such as BC/ SC/ ST/ PwD/ Third gender category candidates with at least 50 per cent marks (without rounding off) in Master’s degree or equivalent examination are eligible for this exam.
- Candidates pursuing a Master’s degree or equivalent or have appeared for their Master’s degree (final year) examination and are waiting for the result may apply for the exam. However, such candidates will be admitted provisionally.
- PhD degree holders whose Master’s exam was completed by September 19, 1991, are eligible for a relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks, they need only 50 per cent to appear in SET.
- Candidates need to appear in the subject of their Post-Graduation only.
