Absolutely satisfied with the infrastructure, facilities and value for money.
Placements: Aligarh Muslim University provides average placement for Bachelor of Commerce (Hons). In Bachelor of Commerce, students got placed around 30%. The highest placement is around 6 lacs, the lowest is around 2 lacs, and the average placement is 4 lacs. The top company is Accenture.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the department and hostel is very good. Wi-Fi, labs, and a classroom library are all excellent. The quality of facilities in the hostel is also good. Every student gets access to a Wi-Fi facility. The quality of food is good in the minimum amount. Students get free medical care.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and very qualified in their subject knowledge. Teaching quality is also very good. Students do not get practical approaches; they only get knowledge through theoretical knowledge. The semester exam is at a moderate level, with 33% passing.

Solid education with room for growth at AMU.
Placements: AMU 2022 batch B.Com. (Hons) recorded 75% placements. Average package is INR 5.2 LPA. The highest package is remarkable at INR 9.5 LPA, the lowest at INR 3.8 LPA. The top recruiters are Deloitte, HDFC Bank, and Axis Bank. 40% got internships at KPMG and PwC. Key roles offered are financial analyst and accountant. It looks promising.
Infrastructure: AMU's B.Com. (Hons.) facilities are average: Wi-Fi, standard labs, classrooms, and a library. Hostel facilities are satisfactory, with decent food quality in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities and sports options are available but need improvement.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and supportive, enhancing the quality of their teaching. The curriculum is fairly relevant, emphasizing industry readiness. Semester exams are difficult; sessionals are easy. Practical is tough; the solutions are lengthy, and we get less time to complete the practical with a decent pass percentage.

Absolutely good ROI with knowledgeable teachers, pretty good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: The course has so much to learn and has potential for career growth but the university does not offer many options when it comes to placements. Only a few students get campus placements. We have a batch of 203 students and about 20 students got placed through campus placement.
Infrastructure: The quality of the rooms provided for the hostelers is pretty decent, according to the hostel. The room is double-shared, having beds, two separate almirahs, 2 study tables with table lamps, a cooler and a fan. It also has a facility for parking bicycles for the students.
Faculty: Teachers at Aligarh Muslim University are indeed knowledgeable and helpful in nature. They respond to our queries and make every possible effort to solve our problem. Their way of teaching is equally good. The college exams are pretty tough but the teachers have already made us understand the concepts, so the exams are very doable.
Other: I chose my course, Bachelor of Commerce, because of my interest in commerce. The college conducts frequent events, fests and conferences to help engage students in various disciplines.

Dissatisfied with the paperwork done in offline mode. It needs to be done online.
Placements: Students get placed with high packages of around INR 10–12 lacs, depending on their CGPA and marks. The top companies that came here are SBI and HDFC Bank. For the job position of manager, the internships, like 20–30%, were able to grab that opportunity, but the cost of studying is very low. The main thing is that the teachers are helpful. Most of us will go for an MBA program after completing graduation.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is too good; there are modern classes; hygiene is maintained inside the classrooms and departments; Wi-Fi is available at all times within campus; and the library is good. The thing that is lacking is that we, as students, face the fact that the paperwork is done here more like old ways, e.g., if someone has to submit a single form, he has to visit multiple departments for signatures or stamps, so it needs to improve. I am a day scholar, so I am not familiar with the conditions of hostels right now.
Faculty: The faculty is knowledgeable, and the teachers are helpful. Sometimes it's up to you to work hard. You are not supposed to depend on the resources of teachers; the teachers will guide you in all directions through their teaching methods. Yes, the curriculum is based on the latest syllabus, and of course, the curriculum is designed to make students industry-ready. Meanwhile, you need to score at least 33% in your semesters, but I will tell you to try to maintain your CGPA.

B.Com at AMU is a good choice.
Placements: In under graduate courses, placements are not as decent as in post graduate courses, but if you are extraordinary in academics, you can crack a high paying interview. Companies do visit for B.Com (Hons) as well. 30% students got placed in the last batch. Average package offered was 3.5 LPA. Generally roles offered are of sales nature.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is above average, some departments have newly built buildings while the rest are very old. Commerce department’s building is quite old. The facilities available include Wi-Fi, Labs and a library in the college. It is better to not join the Hostel. Food is not good at all.
Faculty: Faculty is well educated. Most of the teachers have studied from AMU itself, so they are very well aware of the system and the academic culture. B.Com course of Aligarh Muslim University is the top choice of +2 students. Curriculum is based on NEP 2020. Semester exams are considered tough among the students.
Other: I chose this course as it was my obvious option after +2 commerce.

For AMU, you need to give entrance called CUET conducted by NTA and after AMU will release their own cut-off based on the preference and marks obtained by the candidate.

You need to qualify the entrance of AMU, B.Com after completing your class 12th from commerce stream. For entrance, you need to prepare accountancy, micro and macro economics and business studies of class 12th. Besides this, you need to prepare stats of class 11th and general English.
