Faculty members of the college are good.

Placements: The placements were just started for our campus. Some of the students have got placed when some are still waiting and weighing up options on where to get placed. Some companies have visited already and hired some students when some are destined to visit the campus in the near future. Mostly, management posts were offered. The highest package offered was about 10 LPA whereas the lowest was 4 LPA as per the report. All the students were offered internship opportunities through the college itself. ...

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Since it's the first year of placements in our college, only 2-3 companies visited the campus till now including Flipkart, Byju's and Tech Systems. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and each company has hired only 3 to 4 students. Amity, Noida also offered jobs to some students.

Be aware before joining Amity University, Kolkata.

Placements: Placements in the college are not 100%. Few companies came to the Kolkata campus for recruitment, and seniors went to the main campus in Noida for placements. I hope they will be placed in some good company. Further updates about the placements can be seen on the Amity University, Kolkata website.

Faculty should remain constant. They should be treated well by management so that they don't leave.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. The salary packages offered to placed students were not more Rs. 25,000 per month. Moreover, they provided the students with good internships for the hands-on experience. Internships and placements are guaranteed for the students who attended for those. The stipend offered during the internships was in between Rs. 2,500 per month to Rs. 5,000 per month. Only 5% of the students got internships.

It is a place for students to improve a lot.

Placements: The Kolkata campus under Amity University is yet to start its 1st campusing, and therefore we have no idea about the campus placements. A few companies visited the campus for placements, yet the scope seems low. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA for the car department. Placements are not conducted for the rest of the departments.

I'm satisfied with the campus and faculty, but it lacks in placements.

Placements: Since the college is recently built, we are facing a bit of problem regarding the placements. The placement cell is trying their best to come up with more new companies in the coming years to keep up 75% of the placement rate. In the coming years, the college is expected to increase it rapidly.

Amity Kolkata has a very good infrastructure but must improve in academic line too.

Placements: A very few seniors were placed this year on the campus in companies like Byju's, TCS, Deloitte with an average salary package. Byju's offered the highest salary package, i.e., 10 LPA. The lowest salary package is offered by TCS. TCS and Deloitte are the top recruiters. Top salary fields included sales, and it was offered by Byju's. The highest salary package offered in our course was around 8-10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in our course was 2-3 LPA. Almost everyone got internships fro...

Great campus, decent teaching, and I am eagerly looking for placements.

Placements: Amity University, Kolkata is an emerging university and 2019 batch will be the first batch attending campus placements. The placements of Amity University, Kolkata are good in comparison to the other branches of Amity. This university promises good placements and has an excellent placement record. Big brands and well-known companies like Wipro, TCS, Flipkart, etc., have offered placements in this university.

It is a very good college, and especially faculty members are very good here.

Placements: About 4 students got placed from our senior batch. The highest salary package of 8 LPA and the lowest salary package of 4 LPA are offered in our college. Only one company visited our campus, i.e., Byju's. There is a placement cell in our college, and it's very useful and efficient. I don't know what kind of roles are offered to the students. Many students got internships from our college, including me.

It's an excellent experience. I love going to college as the classes are filled with fun.

Placements: The first batch just passed out from the college. I've no idea about the placements. It's hard to say anything about placements because the college is newly established. But the college provides summer internship to the students. I hope the college provides better placements in the coming years.

I'm dissatisfied with a few faculty members and few rules; except for these, everything is good.

Placements: The first batch of the college is going to graduate this year. But the branches of this college are known for excellent placements. It is mandatory to do an internship at the end of your 4th semester. The college has provided good internship opportunities for our senior batch.

Good curriculum, great infrastructure and good faculty.

Placements: This time the first batch of psychology will pass out from this college so don't know much about the placement. However the placement in other courses seem to be great. Speaking of internship, good opportunity is offered by reputed companies. However stipend isn't offered during internship.

Really good infrastructure and good teachers with facilities.

Placements: This branch of Amity is only three years old. So no placements have been give as of now. The first batch of designing will get placements next year. Internship is not compulsory for first year students but it is compulsory for the second third and fourth year students and is given by the college. Students also have the opportunity to arrange for their own internships if they have contacts.

Dissatisfied with the management.

Placements: Bachelors in English Honours is not a degree where you need placement right after graduation. You need to pursue few other courses before getting a job. I don't know about other departments.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty, infrastructure, facilities, etc.

Placements: Placements are pretty good, too companies come here for campus recruitment. This university provides internship programmes. This helps the students in having theoretical as well as practical knowledge of the subject they are studying. Almost 98% students get internships even when they are studying.

Review of Amity University.

Placements: The placement For our college is average. It fails to attract a fairly decent company for the MBA batch. There is no such placement facility for the BBA passout. The average package was about 6 Lacs. The common roles for the marketing was a sales job offer.

A good college but with a really high subject load.

Placements: The Kolkata campus of our college is very new. The first placement for our department will be in the year 2019. Even though we haven't had any placements yet, we have a lot of workshops and seminars conducted in our college. Hopefully we will get good placements.

Nice placements, infra, faculty

Placements: Placements are nice. It also depends on one's SGPA. It also depends on how well you know the subject and appear for presentation. The dress code has to be maintained. A lot also depends on how good is the attendance. Questions regarding about law is asked.

Overall, a good and fancy college. Worth the money, and you have to work a lot.

Placements: I am from the second batch of Amity University, Kolkata. About placement, the faculty and the administrators ensure us that we will be getting placements, but as a student we doubt it. Hence, the placement has been given to the MBA department, and our forest batch hasn't graduated yet.

Placements: The placements are required as per your field or specialisation at the end of the 5th semester. The faculty members concerned will provide you with placement through their contacts. An extended holiday is given to complete the placements. But the placements provided on the campus are average.
