The university has the good infrastructure and facilities with the best faculty.

Placements: The most branded and the reputed companies come for the placements. Hyatt, Oberoi Groups, Hilton, JW Marriott, Taj Groups of Hotels, Accor Groups, etc., visit for the internship and placements. Even there are events and seminars, where the big heads of the industries are invited to let the students learn about the career. Amity, Kolkata trains us to be the best for the placements. More or less, everyone gets the placements depending on the student.

Altogether a good one! Worth the money.

Placements: Our seniors haven't had their placements yet. Their 4th year will be in the next year. But based on the other branches, the placements are good enough. Besides the engineering department, the architecture, fashion, and law departments are good too (as heard).

Expensive fees, good infrastructure, satisfied, no good placements.

Placements: The placements of BBA in Amity are not that great. Companies like Concentrix and Indigo had come to the campus with a CTC of 1.5-2 lakhs. For students who were interested in doing internships from college, unpaid internships were provided in Kotak Mahindra, Old Mutual Ltd., Songdew, and TripAdvisor. For placements also, all the students are eligible to attend.

One of the best engineering destinations which give ample industry exposure and placements.

Placements: The placements in Bharath University are well above average. Almost 70 to 85 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package offered was around 5 or 5.5 LPA. The lowest package offered was around 3 LPA. Both technical and non-technical roles (BPO, consultation, etc.) were offered.

Not so satisfied by the college but good infrastructure

Placements: 1. there was no placement offered by the institute to our batch nor to our seniors. 2. No student was placed. 3. The highest and the average salary offered was nil. 4. No company visited or campus. 5. Very less students got the internship from the college and students who get an internship were not in good companies.

Not so great. An average experience.

Placements: There are no placements for students taking admission for BBA graduate course, hardly students with HR as a specialization gets any placements. MBA placements are better but for graduation level, there is not much scope of placements. You have to look for placements outside on your own.

Amity - the growing best architectural college in Kolkata.

Placements: Students were placed decently with an average ranging from 4-7 Lacs per annum. The companies have been increasing their recognition in Amity with coming years. This will also be increasing with growing exposure of the college. The HR and academics are the best when they send students for internships.

Really good infrastructure at Amity University, Kolkata

Placements: No placement offers were there that time in BBA for us and even for our seniors. No company visited our campus and even the summer internship was also not provided by the college. This is not the college's fault as the main reason was that there are very less companies who provide jobs for BBA students.

The best you can get if you couldn't get into IIT

Placements: The placement is the first criteria which a student looks into before taking admission in an engineering college. Although no place placements have taken place till date as our department is only two years old, the placement looks secured. A lot of IT companies like Cognizant and TCS visit our university on a regular basis and give us valuable information in seminars. This also shows the tie-up which our university has with these IT companies and the brand value which the university has. Hence, ...

Amity is only a good option if you are willing to work hard. It is for passionate students.

Placements: As per my experience, there are not many campus placements for B.Com (Hons.) students. The previous year, half of the batch applied for the placements and only 10% of the whole batch actually got placed. The average package was around 2.5- 3 lakhs per annum. UAS International, which is an insurance brokerage company, visited the campus to hire interns for a marketing and sales internship. Students had to sell insurance policies and they were also rewarded with certificates. I would say that its ...

Excellent infrastructure but you must be capable of taking a lot of pressure in your academic field.

Placements: Since we are the first batch of the university, placements of our stream haven't been held yet. Previously, it was Amity Global Business school, where the placements were average. The highest package offered last year was thirty two thousand per month, and was offered by Deloitte to 4 students from MBA. Almost 75% of the previous batch were placed. Last time, the average salary offered to the management students revolved around 15-20 thousand. Internship is provided to almost every student, thou...

Amity University Kolkata - A short overview.

Placements: The most important aspect of all is placements. To be frank and honest, we are the first engineering batch in Amity University Kolkata. Amity University has been newly set up in Kolkata, so placements are not yet done for the engineering domain. But as per records, it is said to have a good placement record in all other branches that are present across the country and globe.

This college is the best thing that ever happened to me. The teachers are so cool and the campus is a dream come true. The curriculum is relevant and frequently updated according to industry and international standards. The annual fest of our college Amiphoria started last year and was superb in every sense. There are a lot of sports utilities available like a basketball court, football ground, table tennis, cricket pitch. We have a state of the art library and a huge canteen. There is greenery...

The Faculty present out there was extraordinarily good, they kept motivating and encouraging the students at every moment, thus making the students more independent towards obtaining their career objectives.

It’s a new start to the educational journey in Kolkata by Amity University. Still establishing a world class university here. Amity has already started their sessions. Since they have just started their Kolkata Campus, it won’t be feasible to say anything regarding the college now. Though the administration is trying their level best in making sure that no student gets any negative impression about the Institution.

The name of the college is enough to make the students want to be here. The wonderful infrastructure adds spice to it. All the year round activities keeps the students engaged and helps them to grow. We get opportunity to represent the college in different events. Focus is given to both curricular as well as extra curricular activities. We are encouraged to take up our interests .

Placements: The percentage is very low of placement. When student get placement the college earn name and fame after few months the placed students aur thrown out fromThe job. This the what amity do with all the placed student. You won't SEE any recruiter in college one person from college send us job posting from this company want to join then they talk directly to the company.

Satisfied with the faculty

Placements: Being from the last year of pursuing Bachelor of Fine Arts, students from applied art and animation (sub-departments/ branches of fine arts) are getting good packages from companies like Ssoftoons, etc. Most of the companies will be offering roles for graphic designers, animators, visual artists, illustrators and photo editors with packages of 2.40 LPA average.

Placements: Amity guarantee placement to all students and it delivers too but, quality of placements is bad. Average salary of placements is 25K. There is a placement cell that exist and they are average too. Helpful but not much brands come in. All over placements are very average.
