Amity University, Lucknow Campus is a well known Institute.

Placements: Placement is not good here. Especially in Biotechnology sectors. Although student get placed but not in core companies. Mainly in market sectors and sale department. But yes college will provide you good internships. Internships in hospitals and research centre can be easily provided by the college .

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Classroom are air conditioned. Well defined laboratories are there with every set of equipments and chemicals which are required. The most attractive place in this college is the Library, they have a huge library with ample amount of books. Hostel is good, mess food is also not bad .

Faculty: Some faculty members are excellent in their teaching skills while some are not so good. Courses like Genetics, Immunology and Plant Biotechnology are taught well. Teachers are well qualified. This course curriculum is relevant and they make students industrially ready.

Other: I wanted to go in Research search so opted this course.

Placements: The placements in the college have been quite good in my filed at least. We get opportunities for training, workshops, internships and guest lecture which help us to get better insights in our field. We are sent on internships both paid and unpaid which work as a value add in our portfolio.

Infrastructure: There is no comparison about the kind of infrastructure Amity University Lucknow has in Lucknow among any other colleges here. There are various clinical labs available for us for experimental purpose. The entire campus has a Wi-Fi zone and it also has a centralized air conditioning system.

Faculty: The faculty members in Amity University Lucknow Campus are like true mentors that a student always needs. They not only help you in academics but also helps you in any form of difficulty that you might be facing. The course curriculum is designed in a manner that helps to cover all the demands of the course.

The college offers high exposure graph to students and makes them industry ready.

Placements: Placements in our college are well managed. Every student gets a chance to sit for different companies such as Nestle, HCL, Wipro, TCS, Novartis, Abbott etc. More than 50 companies visit the campus offering a minimum salary package ranging from 2.5 LPA to 10 LPA. Roles offered were related to BDA, NGO services, research fellows and recruiters. All the students are given internship opportunities through on-campus and off-campus drives.

Infrastructure: The whole campus is enabled with Wi-Fi. There is centralised A/C in classrooms and corridors of each building. The library is well built with 2-storey book bank. Food is served as in a banquet with unlimited food on offer. Hostel rooms in our college are well-equipped. I haven't faced any issues regarding the infrastructure of the college.

Faculty: The college appoints only PhD scholars as its faculty members, and the faculty present in our college are well versed with their subjects. Teaching methods involve verbal, PPTs and blackboard. There are 40 students in each class, and the classrooms are large enough to settle them well. Industry exposure is part of the course curriculum.

Other: Amiphoria is one of the grand fests in Amity campuses. Sangathan is the sports fest conducted for all the campuses of Amity. There are 100% scholarships provided by the college, followed by 80%, 50% and 20% scholarship programmes.

Students get the world-class engineering experience at Amity University, Lucknow.

Placements: The placements for our senior batch were a bit on the lower end while a lot of companies which came for our batch placements. Around 85% of the class of 95 students got placed. The remaining unplaced students wanted to go for higher education or had a family business to run. I got placed in Nestle' for sales and marketing domain as a nutrition officer trainee. Other companies like LifeCell, Pfizer, Abbott, Cryo Bank, Johnson N Johnson, etc., visited our college to offer placements. Biotechnology is a domain where fulfillment, of the course, means at least doing a doctorate in the stream, involving a lot of research. Mostly, sales roles were offered to students with an average package of 3 LPA. The highest package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 2.2 LPA last year. The college provided summer internships to us. There is a CRP cell that caters to the dynamic needs of the industry and maps with student's potential to help us get the best job with the best package.

Infrastructure: Amity campuses are known for their best-in-class facilities. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. All the labs, classrooms are digitalised. The 40-acre state-of-the-art campus has the facilities of medical rooms in all blocks. We have a sports ground, and all types of games are available on the campus. Quality of the food is good. Even the day scholars wait at hostels to eat the mess food. Hostel rooms are well-equipped with all essentials. I didn't face any issue regarding the infrastructure during my tenure at Amity Institute of Biotechnology.

Faculty: Amity has one of the most talented and dedicated thought leaders in the country. All the teachers were doctorates. They were helpful at any time. Their teaching quality was awesome. Industry experts are invited to the campus for guest lectures. We have chances to visit different research centres in the city. Under the supervision of the faculty members, I have published around five papers in the whole B.Tech journey. The curriculum is well-designed so that it caters to the dynamic needs of the industry and help the students ahead.

Other: Amity conducted a lot of events. I used to find myself engrossed in different activities. Sports fest and college fest are conducted every year. Inter-branch, inter-college or inter-state competitions used to happen frequently. It always provided me with a platform to showcase my skills which was the same for all students of Amity from organising events to being a part of the same.
