Above average college and peaceful college. Good teachers.
Placements: So, the placement ratio of the university for the B.Tech course is good, although it is not high. If you prepare a little, you can crack the job offer of at least 6 LPA on campus, and 3-4 LPA is the least you can get. This year, i.e., 2024, the highest placement that we got was 24 LPA and 26 LPA. Maximum students get placed through on-campus placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and you will find courses similar to many AKTU-affiliated colleges, so there is not much difference in courses, but the teachers are good. One thing that it lags behind is the hostel. There are hostels, but only some students can be accommodated in it. But many hostels are under construction right now, so maybe they can be finished by the end of this year, 2024.
Faculty: The teachers here are knowledgeable and have great teaching skills. Because of this, they make the students capable enough to take GATE exams after their graduation. Of course, every college can't make you industry-ready, but the teachers here make you so by giving you experience. Semester exams were good under the old education policy, but after the introduction of the new education policy, the exams have become a little tougher.
Other: I chose this course because of the increasing demand for engineers, and I love interacting with new technologies. But if we are talking about the campus life, events, and fests, then this university lags behind.

New campus of University of Lucknow (engineering).
Placements: Placements are average in this course. Sales companies visit more on the campus. Domain-specific roles companies or startups do not visit too much. You have to take either sales or any other job. Big MNCs also do not come, but startups visit more. You can get internships on your own as off-campus. On-campus placements are a bit of a worry in this college.
Infrastructure: All the modern technologies and facilities are available on the campus. You do not have to worry about facilities that should be in a college. Hostel foods are so good and healthy; there are no complaints about food yet. Many cultural events and sports facilities are available on the campus. Also, there is a gym for students on the campus.
Faculty: Teaching staff are highly qualified and skilled. The course structure is not job-oriented, but you can achieve too much knowledge if you pursue it. Semester exams are conducted very strictly in this institution. You have to be fully prepared for your semester exams.
Other: The engineering program was started recently in this college in 2017. We will pass out in 2024. Placements are also going on. Changes are needed in terms of an industry-oriented structure.

Absolutely dissatisfied with everything in my college except some of my very own faculty members.
Placements: Only 15 percent of the students of our batch were placed in teaching jobs on campus and the matter of fact is not the students eligibility; it is just that they didn't invite the teaching companies. 30–40 percent were placed in sales departments with below-average salary. The highest package offered was 8 LPA offered by a Canada-based company named Soti. Only 3 students from the entire college were placed in that company but till they haven't gotten their joining letters and the lowest package offered was 1.7 LPA. The top recruiting companies during our time were Soti, Jaro, Hike, PI, Wipro, etc. Approximately 60 percent of all the students got internships, and those were just startups and sales companies. Each student found the internship through their own contact. That's why I am unable to list the company name we haven't gotten an offer from on our campus for the internship. Despite of being from technical fields, most of us offered were sales executive, customer relationship departments, business development associates, etc.
Infrastructure: In our time, the college infrastructure was good but the facilities were below average, like not being allowed in the labs and libraries after 5:00 p. m. there were no Wi-Fi facility in the library; only computer centers were connected to Wi-Fi. There were air conditioning rooms, but only seminar halls had AC, and classrooms were similar to normal classrooms in the old building, with staircases available. library has only limited resources and books. And faculty members were like, no matter what, just maintain 75% attendance. Recently, many clubs have founded by our batch so that our juniors can avail themselves of those opportunities that we couldn't. Hostel Infrastructure is good, quality of food is average, there is no medical facility and there is playground but have to bring your own equipments to participate in any sports. There is gymnasium for the students and in the gymnasium, a bit of sport equipments are available. There were no canteen in the college in our time.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and qualified, but from the way they taught us, I don't think they are knowledgeable. But some of the faculty members were really talented and helpful, and they are very knowledgeable too. We can take the example of our hod, CB sir, SMT sir, and AS sir. No, the course curriculum is only 50% relevant. It won't make you industry-ready unless you give yourself 4-5 hours daily to being industry-ready. Semester exams were easy; the papers were from the syllabus that was taught by our faculty members in their lectures. And in our batch pass percentage was 99 percent—rarely does anyone have back in their final year average marks of 75–80 percent.

    Review of University of Lucknow.
Placements: The highest salary package offered is 14.40 LPA by Mahindra, the lowest is 2.44 LPA by Piramal Finance, and the average is 6 LPA. Solar, Wipro, Planet Spark, and Skill vertex are the top recruiting companies for Bachelor of Technology students. The top role offered by the recruiting company is front-end developer.
Infrastructure: Computer labs are provided. A library is also available with all course-related books. The quality of the mess food is average. There are 2 canteens on campus. There is an open gym, an indoor gym, a badminton court, a basketball court, and a playground. There are five hostels, including the new one constructed recently.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They help students with their subjects. Teachers have Ph.D.s in their respective subjects. The teaching quality on the second campus of University of Lucknow is good. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready. If students attend all classes, the exams are not that difficult. Otherwise, students have to work hard.

LU Details is Here for You All.
Placements: Nearly 40 percent of students are getting placed. 14 LPA is the highest, and 3.5 LPA is the average salary of companies visiting our college. Companies like TCS, Cognizant, Deloitte, Soti, and Infosys are the top companies that came to our college last year. Actually, all students have to do an internship in our third year as it is mandatory for everyone. We need to do it, whether online or offline, with teaching companies. Our college doesn't provide us with any internships; we need to find them on our own. Full Stack Developer and Python Developer are the major roles people go for.
Infrastructure: Our faculty members are good, but there is no Wi-Fi on the campus. However, it is available in our labs. Our classrooms can accommodate 60-70 students. There is one library that has all semester books, but if you need books for higher studies, it might be tough to get. The quality of food in the hostels is average, not so good. The cafeteria provides basic food that is good to eat during the day. Medical faculty members are not present on the campus, but in the hostel, we have one. The sports grounds are great, with different games like volleyball, basketball, and football, and students always play on the ground.
Faculty: The teaching quality for 1st and 2nd-year students is very good, but the teachers for higher years are not very experienced. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant, but if we rate it according to students' industry readiness, it would be 5 out of 10. Semester exams are simple if you cover the syllabus provided. Basic questions are asked.
Other: I chose this college due to its exposure to the networking field. The festive season is good, and the campus environment is also very good.
