Dissatisfied with the faculty and management, good crowd and decent hostel.
Placements: The placements in Amity University Mumbai are not good, there are no placements for B.Sc. Clinical psychology students but there are placements for the masters course. The highest package was of 29 LPA and the average package was 5 LPA. Most of the companies who recruit the students are startups. The major companies are Shopper Stop, and Lo'real.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not good at all. The college is still under construction, several buildings are not yet completed. The hostel is decent but there are very strict rules, the curfew time is 9 P. M, after which no one is allowed to roam about in the campus. The mess is okay, there is only veg food and non veg is not available inside the campus. There is a gym inside the campus, even though most of its equipments don't work but students still have to go there as they don't have any other option. For sports, there is a football ground, basketball court, volleyball ground, tennis court an badminton court.
Faculty: The facility in the psychology department are almost non existent, most of them are visiting faculty members who are the students of Amity only. The few permanent faculty members that we have are not co-operative at all. The course structure is good but there are no faculty members who follow it. There are two exams in each semester- one mid semester exam for 15 marks and end semester exam for 70 marks. The exams are not very tough even though you have to study most of the part on your own.
Other: The college annual fest is known as "Aminova" which takes place in the month of April. There are a lot events that take place during the fest like dancing, singing, acting, poetry etc. It is a great opportunity for students to showcase their talents. The crowd is also good and the campus is surrounded by nature so its very beautiful especially during rainy season. Transportation is a big issue here, because the college is built in a very remote area and auto rickshaw drives charge as they will.

I honesty hate this university. It is easy to fit in. But a lot of improvements can be made .
Placements: The university is not at fault here. In the industry of Psychology, you need a minimum of Masters to work and expect placements. Thus there are no provisions for placements after Bachelors. Although a lot can be done in this sector of trying to make students more employable, at university level a lot can be done to promote financial responsibility.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided by the campus and hostel are both average, but equivalent to the amount invested. Other universities charge much more for the same qualifications. I would say that everything in amity Mumbai is suited for an average experience and not anything more.
Faculty: The teaching staff cannot be characterized as those teachers who would go beyond to help a student. They are much more concerned in satisfying the management of amity. However the course is well designed, the syllabus is vast and insightful for a student who is dedicated to psychology. It still lacks from posh establishment like ashoka or flames but is good enough for a start in the industry.
Other: The only reason I am here is because amity is feasible for me and has a very high acceptance rate. The best thing about my course is the way it is designed yet it still lacks good faculty for execution. I would actually urge the management to improve at amity. To become more student oriented as compared to running a university like a business.

The college is up to date with the academics.
Placements: The chances of getting placements depend on what department and it's not guaranteed. They help students with finding internships in companies, hospitals, etc. And provide guidance for the same. Top roles for my course are social and industrial psychologist.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is decent, and facilities like labs, libraries, sports grounds, Wi-Fi, etc. are all well functional, and the food provided at the mess and canteen is balanced. The mess has limitations because it has a fixed menu that changes every 3 months, but the cafeteria is also good and flexible.
Faculty: The curriculum is relevant and very up-to-date. The faculty is well qualified and very up-to-date. The semester exams are medium difficulty and pass percentage is high. The only con is that the visiting faculty comes right before the even sem mid sem exams so the syllabus feels a little rushed.
Other: I am very interested in psychology and deeply passionate about it, so it's very fun to me when I attend the classes, but I really wish the timetable was very solid because classes keep getting cancelled in the early days of even semester. But overall, there are a lot of events going on at the college that are very fun and worth a try.

Our college provides good education.
Placements: Few students got placed in this course. Top recruiting companies visit our college for recruitment. Internships are also offered at this college. Around 85% of students got placed in this course.
Infrastructure: All facilities are very good. All classrooms are air-conditioned. Washrooms are better. Air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned hostel rooms are available. Each hostel room has 2 beds, 2 tables, and 2 almirahs. In each hostel room, two students can accommodate easily. Medical facilities are available 24X7. Sports are conducted. There are 2 canteens in this college. The food quality is good at reasonable prices.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is great. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Industrial visit is also conducted by faculty members. Semester exams are not difficult but the marking system is good.
Other: Many events are conducted in this college.

Come for the curriculum, but go elsewhere if you have better options, please!
Placements: No placement opportunities are provided here, but that is the nature of this course. Also, you have to look for internships on your own since you have to complete an internship during the vacations. You'll get some practical knowledge after you do internships at a good place. So start searching for good places way before they ask you to.
Infrastructure: You can easily access the college Wi-Fi, which works well. The infrastructure is also good, and classes have centralized ACs. The food is mediocre. Sometimes games are played in college for which you need to apply beforehand. There is also a clinic on the campus itself.
Faculty: The faculty was good, but now all of them have left the campus. The course was good and relevant, and it gave me an opportunity to learn something about every topic in psychology, which helped me make an informed choice about my specialization and further studies. Exams aren't that difficult if you cover the topics given to you in the PowerPoints once.
Other: Curriculum is the best thing. You'll get to explore a lot of subjects within psychology. Events and fests here are just sad. Also you will get scholarships and fee reductions every semester if you score well.
