Amity life, is like Karan Johar's University? Well you heard it right!
Placements: Placements at the university are good, starting from the previous year. Many Big 4 companies visit the campus regularly, including Deloitte and HCL. The average package offered starts at 4.5 LPA and goes up to 25 LPA. Top roles are primarily offered in the B.Tech sections, reflecting the strong focus on technical disciplines.
Infrastructure: The university boasts one of the best infrastructures among private institutions. Situated at a prime location near the Okhla Bird Sanctuary metro station, the campus is fully air-conditioned with modern amenities. Classrooms are well-furnished, ventilated, and equipped with lifts and parking facilities, ensuring a comfortable and accessible environment for students.
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive, approachable, and kind. They provide comprehensive study materials, including PPTs, notes, and e-books accessible through LMS and the Amizone portal. The curriculum is well-structured, easy to understand, and relevant. The examination pattern, comprising internal, external, and viva exams, is straightforward and manageable.

Amity university : my experience .
Placements: 80% of students in my course are placed in companies like IBM, Microsoft, etc. The top roles offered in my course are Data analysts, data scientists, etc. It was great, to be very honest. Extremely great faculty .
Infrastructure: Great Wi-Fi service, labs, spacious classrooms—and, you know, the Amity Noida campus is well known for its two-floored library. It was my favorite part of the university, if you ask me. Canteen food was also nice, especially Megabyte. Great arrangement for sports too.
Faculty: Highly qualified and supportive faculty with a great nature. We even had university counselors; that's something you don't find easily in Indian colleges. I am so grateful for the knowledgeable teachers that guided me throughout my time in college. Exams were so easy because of them .
Other: Great college .

No placement after bachelors.
Placements: Placement in B.Sc. is next to impossible, so there are no placements, and if there are no placements, then no packages or internships can be done at any renowned hospital, lab, or industry, so it's done from the student's end. Faculty does help in providing suggestions about certain industries or labs.
Infrastructure: The classes are good, the labs are equipped with instruments that are standardized and work efficiently, there is a lab attendant for each and every lab to help with any experiments if needed, and a lavish library is also there for the students to study at their own pace.
Faculty: Good faculty with great knowledge; the faculty is highly knowledgeable and provides self-prepared notes for studying. The curriculum is also balanced, with an equal amount of theory and lab experiments, but I don't think it makes the student industry ready. Semester exams are difficult, but by analyzing the PYQ, it becomes easy.
Other: I chose this course because it sounded good to me. I had an interest in it, but there is no job just after bachelors, so I have to go for a masters. But college life is good and engaging.

Sometime I regret for joining this institute but sometimes I feel its not that bad choice.
Placements: Placement cell of amity institute of biotechnology is not very active, but you will be provided with placement assessment. The placement rate is around 75% and you can expect an average salary of around 5- 6 Lacs per year. And for internship you have to apply on your own and you can take help of teachers as well and they are really helpful. Some of the top course offered are microbiology, virology, medical biotechnology, bioinformatics, etc.
Infrastructure: The department complex of biotechnology is a five-story building with well-equipped classrooms, laboratories and we have a common central library which is filled with every books which is required for the course. Hostel facility is also good with options available between AC and non-AC rooms, it has a laundry services but you have to pay extra for it. There are different hostels for boys and girls. Amity institute has is own amity clinic inside the campus which provides 24 hours assistance. There are different clubs for sports and extra co- curricular activities. Food is also affordable and healthy.
Faculty: Faculty are helpful and quite knowledgeable, and they are helpful in doubt clearance. They teach and complete the course curriculum on time and they are relevant according to industry needs. Semester exams are not that difficult if you prepare well and almost 90% student pass the exam with ease.
Other: There are lots of activities going on all through the year. You get to participate and volunteer in many events. The crowd of campus is huge and you get to interact with various people from all across the country. Institute organizes guest lectures from time to time to motivate and encourage students.

Amity university, Noida, U. P.
Placements: In my course to be specific, there's minimum placement because there are not a lot of job options after B.Sc. Biotechnology. Which means you have to pursue a Masters degree after it. But in general placement in Amity university is a 4/5 rating. Other courses offer fine placement options. But if you are interested in biotech, you also need to do M.Sc. And then Ph.D. is optional.
Infrastructure: Our campus is fairly good, not so big but manageable. But they are big on security (for name sake only). Lecture starts at 10.15 and if you face punch at 10.16 am, your attendance will not be marked which is v major issue and once attendance is marked absent, the faculty won't help. Ground is 6/10 (max sports can be found), Wi-Fi 4/10 (I don't use it), classrooms/library are 8/10, canteens 8/10, clinic 7/10, hostel is v. restriction. Our labs are fine, it has all the instruments but limited work but in project funded labs you can find everything in proper condition.
Faculty: Faculty members are very qualified but max. Of them do not know how to teach and at the end we have to study on our own, which think is the case in most of the colleges. Our curriculum is appropriate but the process of approving of semesters curriculum is made into a v. complicated task for some reason. Semester exams schedules are horrible but the exams are fine. Amity is big on attendance so you will get debarred if you do not attend classes.
Other: Our department (AIB) is one of the studious departments and faculty members do not believe in cultural activities so its not so enjoyable. The fests in amity are not so big, but recently they were good and memorable. Whereas the crowd of amity is full of UP type crowd, there not pleasant and v. Obnoxious but you cannot do much about it. The surrounding campus area is convenient. There are various extracurricular which can be participated into. Etc.
