Amity life, is like Karan Johar's University? Well you heard it right!
Placements: Placements at the university are good, starting from the previous year. Many Big 4 companies visit the campus regularly, including Deloitte and HCL. The average package offered starts at 4.5 LPA and goes up to 25 LPA. Top roles are primarily offered in the B.Tech sections, reflecting the strong focus on technical disciplines.
Infrastructure: The university boasts one of the best infrastructures among private institutions. Situated at a prime location near the Okhla Bird Sanctuary metro station, the campus is fully air-conditioned with modern amenities. Classrooms are well-furnished, ventilated, and equipped with lifts and parking facilities, ensuring a comfortable and accessible environment for students.
Faculty: Faculty members are supportive, approachable, and kind. They provide comprehensive study materials, including PPTs, notes, and e-books accessible through LMS and the Amizone portal. The curriculum is well-structured, easy to understand, and relevant. The examination pattern, comprising internal, external, and viva exams, is straightforward and manageable.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty, infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: I was fortunate to get a decent placement, but it wasn't easy. Most of my classmates were placed in cyber forensic job roles, with a few in FSLs and other private firms. To be honest, there aren't many good options for jobs after a B.Sc. in Forensic Science. Fortunately, after an M.Sc. in Forensic Science or an M.Sc. in Cyber Forensics, there are very good jobs available.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at this college is very good. The classrooms have comfortable chairs and tables for attending long classes. The Wi-Fi is adequate, but the speed can be slow at times, so it is better to use 4G or 5G. The labs are well equipped with chemicals for experiments. The medical facilities are good. A variety of sports are available. The mess and canteens are affordable.
Faculty: The teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful. The teaching quality is very good, and they provide extra knowledge beyond the syllabus, which helps us learn more about the subject. The curriculum is aligned with industry needs, so students are industry-ready by the time they graduate. The semester exams are not too difficult, but one can easily pass them by focusing on their studies.
Other: I always had an interest in Forensic Science, and Amity University has given me a lot of exposure to the field. The faculty is good, and the curriculum provides a solid foundation. The best thing about Amity is that it provides a lot of opportunities for students to explore their interests and develop their skills.

    No placement after bachelors.
Placements: Placement in B.Sc. is next to impossible, so there are no placements, and if there are no placements, then no packages or internships can be done at any renowned hospital, lab, or industry, so it's done from the student's end. Faculty does help in providing suggestions about certain industries or labs.
Infrastructure: The classes are good, the labs are equipped with instruments that are standardized and work efficiently, there is a lab attendant for each and every lab to help with any experiments if needed, and a lavish library is also there for the students to study at their own pace.
Faculty: Good faculty with great knowledge; the faculty is highly knowledgeable and provides self-prepared notes for studying. The curriculum is also balanced, with an equal amount of theory and lab experiments, but I don't think it makes the student industry ready. Semester exams are difficult, but by analyzing the PYQ, it becomes easy.
Other: I chose this course because it sounded good to me. I had an interest in it, but there is no job just after bachelors, so I have to go for a masters. But college life is good and engaging.

    *** college and a nightmare.
Placements: There is no such placement that occurs, and the students are just told that they will get placements in big companies, but they end up inviting just small startups, and the salaries offered by them are much lower than what they told the students they would get.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, but the environment is not too friendly. Mostly people are egoistic and do not talk properly. Also, if I tell you about the hostel, they are also not good. In the beginning, they show the good rooms, and after joining, they give basement rooms.
Faculty: Faculty is also not good. They just ask about the assignment every time and do not teach properly. Foolish activities are always conducted in the classroom, and during exams, they act like they are very sincere. They always just show the PPT through the projector and just speak, not caring if someone is understanding or not.
Other: This is the worst college I have ever seen. There is always an issue with the attendance. You have to wait for the class time to be over so that you can go out of the campus.

Good infrastructure but room for improvement in lab facilities.
Placements: For a Bachelor's degree, there are not many placement offers. The level of expertise required for a forensic job cannot be achieved only via a Bachelor's degree. The chance of getting a placement just after a Bachelor's is barely 5-10%. Internships are mainly not provided directly by the department, though recommendations may be given.
Infrastructure: The classroom and library facilities provided by our university are impeccable. Although, specifically for a course like Forensic Science, it is necessary to have good lab facilities as well, which are currently under construction in our department. The facilities provided in hostels are also good. Every necessity is looked after, and mostly all essential things are provided, though there are numerous rules and regulations to be followed for hostels, which at times feel unnecessary. The mess food is average and can be made better. Better varieties and options should be introduced. The clinic is always open for medical facilities, with doctors and ambulances available for any emergency. Sports and games are encouraged via yearly inter-department tournaments and additional games.
Faculty: The professors are undoubtedly knowledgeable and known in the field. However, the teaching methods could still be improved and improvised. I think the curriculum is not totally sufficient to make someone ready for the industry, although it does give some helpful knowledge about it. The semester exams are fairly moderate since they mostly follow the curriculum and syllabus allotted for the semester. However, the questions may be tricky sometimes, requiring additional knowledge and critical thinking. Overall, the pass percentage is about 90%, though there may be huge variations between the highest and lowest scores.
Other: Forensics is not a very common course, and that's what makes it intriguing and raises curiosity. This field is growing and will have a sure future. The facilities provided by my university are good, although there are other universities that may provide even better access and opportunities in this field. The curriculum and lab facilities could still be made better to suit the course. Events are held graciously in the department to promote knowledge and exchange ideas among individuals. Scholarships are also provided to the highest scorers in the class.

Affordable feels, good infrastructure and better opportunities.
Placements: Not sure about percent as very few students were placed in this course. Highest package might be around 4 LPA the lowest around 2 LPA. To get a good package students prefer to go for further studies. 70% Students got internship in research labs. If you are interested in research line then no doubt this is a very good course for you, you can become zoologist, wildlife researcher etc.
Infrastructure: Don't know about the rest but infrastructure of my department is very good. We have a good Wi-Fi, clean labs and everything is good. Hostel facilities are average, very expensive also and they don't even include food you have to buy it on your own. We have mess in almost every building, affordable and tasty. Every year sangathan (sports meet) is organized in our college which is quite interesting.
Faculty: I must say teachers are very good and all are Ph.D. holders and very helpful. Semester exams are not that difficult if you study 1 month before the exams then also you can easily score passing marks. Almost every student is able to get pass in all exams.
