Step 3: Log in with the set email ID and password.
Step 4: The application form will appear on the screen, fill in all the educational details and choice of courses in the form.

Q: What is the eligibility criteria for MA in Presidency University, Kolkata?
The candidate have cleared (not before 2019) or appeared for BA (Hons) examination in 2023 from any recognised University. Appeared for BA (Hons) exam and should have their final results at the time of counselling and produce their original mark sheets/grade cards of all semester/annual examinations passed at the Bachelor’s level. Such candidates must fulfil the academic eligibility norms for their applied courses tabled below for admission.
The candidate should appeared for their final BA (Hons) examination, but their final results have not been declared at the time of counselling, such candidates shall be given provisional admission on the basis of production of their previous mark sheets/grade cards of all previous semester/annual examinations at their Bachelor’s level. However, candidates are supposed to submit their final mark sheet till the mentioned date to ensure that they fulfil their minimum eligibility criteria for admission. Must secure the minimum required percentage of marks/CGPA in honours/major subject as per the following table in their BA (Hons) examination for final and confirmed admission.
Q: When is PUMDET conducted?
PUMDET is generally conducted in the month of June-July. The entrance exam dates are informed in advance for students to prepare well for the test. Last year, PUMDET exam scheduled was revised. PUMDET 2023 exam was held on July 30. After the exam, PUMDET result is declared on the official website of West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB). Candidates are informed that the result for Presidency University Master Degree Entrance Test (PUMDET) is declared in the form of Rank Cards.
