Comprehensive Learning, Diverse Opportunities: A College Experience Worth Investing In.
Placements: The total strength of B.A. LL.B. (H. ) batch is 50, out of which 28 students got placed this year. The highest package offered was 7 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. The median package was around 5 LPA. Top recruiting company were Airtel, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, etc. Almost every student gets opportunity to do internship mainly in their District and Sessions Court, Law firms, in NGOs, etc. The roles offered are legal advisory, legal writers, and drafting skills.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure is good. Classrooms are well-equipped with Wi-Fi and a good-quality desk. The Departmental Library is also there, in which we can find almost all law books. The hostel is too equipped with Wi-Fi, and the quality of the food is also above average. The administration is very supportive. A medical facility is also provided on the campus itself. Games are held almost every week in which you can participate and prove yourself.
Faculty: The teachers are very supportive and helpful. They try to reach each and every student and make sure that each one of them learns the concept. All teachers are NET qualified and almost 90 % of teachers have completed their Ph.D. The difficult level of semester exam is moderate. If anyone listens carefully what teacher says in the classroom, they can score good amount of marks.
Other: Since my childhood only, I was fascinated by law, so I decided to do this course. The best thing is that this course makes you feel different among ourselves from the crowd. The only thing I would suggest is that students should not focus on theoretical, but law should be practical. Severe festivals were held on my campus recently. Now AUSKRITI is going to be held soon, in which singers come and perform. Sports week is also held. Scholarships are also given to meritorious students by the administration.

Excellent infrastructure, kind professors, feels like family.
Placements: Companies are approaching for requirements for students passing out every year. There is also a job fair every year where students get selected. This is a positive impact on the students, which motivates them to study hard. A maximum of 120 students got placed in many companies.
Infrastructure: There is a departmental library and also a central library. There are water purifiers and 4 fans in a single classroom. The departmental library includes all types of law books, which can be accessed at any time. Students coming from various countries can apply for the hostel.
Faculty: The teachers are very kind and helpful towards the students. They work hard to secure a good future for the students. There are faculty members from all over the country. They are well-educated with almost 3-4 degrees. The semester exams happen twice a year. The course is 5 years long. Every year, there are 2 semester exams.
Other: Law profession is the future need of the time. I chose a law degree for the need of the future generation. By joining our department, you can improve yourself in law professions and be more perfect. With studying, one can also engage in extracurricular activities like community service, legal aid services, etc.

It feels great to be a part of this university.
Placements: There were approximately 60 students in my batch. Not everyone was interested in doing jobs. A maximum of the students including me want to pursue higher education, whereas the rest of the students want to practice in the court of law. Very few were involved in corporate jobs. .
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university is very good. We had free Wi-Fi facilities, smart classroom, both central as well as departmental library. A clean mess, various canteens, a health center, gym center, facilities for sports and games, cultural fests, etc. are available.
Faculty: The teaching staff was very supportive and full of knowledge. They try to educate the students in every possible way. But the semester exams were conducted a bit tough to make us future ready. Also, there were internal tests every now and the, which made us prepare for the main exam easily.
Other: This university is very rich in cultural diversity.

    Review of Assam University, Silchar.
Placements: There are plenty of students who got placed in many MNCs recently. The average package was around 5-10 LPA. Many students opt for an internship in many fields for their work experience. Overall, placement facilities are decent here.
Infrastructure: I'm very fond of the infrastructure that was built there. One of the finest infrastructures we have there. Plenty of grounds and hostels are available, and we all loved it there. Hostel qualities were also decent as well as a canteen and medical facilities. The overall infrastructure is pretty much decent.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful when it comes to studying related things. I must say faculty members are well qualified and their teaching method is just decent as well as their presentations. The semester exams were also not so tough as well as not that easy too.

It is the only institute to provide integrated law course in Silchar, Cachar.
Placements: Placements of our college were very poor. In fact, we had none. No placement committee was established. Almost all the students had to go on their own to find a job. The department did not provide any help. I hope they now have a placement committee. After 5 years of college, ending with no job in hand is distressing and demotivating.
Infrastructure: We were lucky to be part of both the old and new buildings. Classrooms in the present building were spacious. But the bathrooms were not kept clean. Hygiene and maintenance was an issue. I was a day scholar, so I don't know about hostels. University provided medical facilities also.
Faculty: Expect one or two, all the teaches in our college were great. They were extremely dedicated and sincere to their job. They all took an extra effort to cover each topic. The best teachers were Sri Umesh Kumar, Sri S. D. Sharma, and many others. The course curriculum was satisfactory.
Other: I chose this course as I wanted to pursue law. This is the only college to provide 5 years integrated law course in this area. Mostly we had issues with the late declaration of results, but this too got rectified before we graduated. Placement should be improved. University does provide opportunities for other activities like sports, cultural fest and all. So it is a good college.

Satisfied with the low fees structure and good placement.
Placements: Recently the placements are started. Some IT companies are coming and taking legal advisory from the department. The placement cell is also very good in this university and packages are approximately 4 to 5 LPA and above. In this year, i.e., 2018 will be the first batch of getting a job from our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Smart classrooms and the moot court is also available. Well furnished desk, benches and the Wi-Fi facility is available. The computer lab is good, and in the library, lots of books are available. The hostels are also available.
Faculty: All highly qualified professors are there in the college. Everyone has done specialisations in every field, and the quality of teaching is very good students get a lot of knowledge from them, and two courses are available, one is B.A. LL.B. (h) it is five years integrated course and another is LL.M. that this 2 years PG course.
Other: Various social activities were organised like legal aid camp, the social week of the university, cultural fest, sports fest and many more.

Hii, The difficulty of XAT, CAT, or CMAT depends on individual aptitude and preparation, but generally:

    1. CAT: Considered the toughest, with high competition and emphasis on VARC, DILR, and Quant.
    2. XAT: Moderate, with an additional Decision-Making section and essay writing, testing analytical thinking.
