CCSU admission to UG and PG courses is both merit and entrance-based. Aspirants need to follow the below steps to get a seat in CCS University:

STEP 1: CCSU Application Process 2025

Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can apply for any of the CCSU courses. Aspirants need to apply with an entrance exam fee of INR 700 (INR 500 for SC/ ST) for M.Ed and LLM courses.

STEP 2: Selection/ Entrance Exam

After the completion of the registration process, candidates can move on to the selection process. CCSU selects candidates for LLM and M.Ed programme based on the entrance exam conducted by the university. Apart from these, the university accepts national-level entrance exams or provide admission based on merit in the last qualifying exam.

STEP 3: Result & Merit List

After the completion of the selection rounds, CCS University release the result. The university also releases merit list announcing the names of the shortlisted candidates. 

STEP 4: Counselling & Document Verification

After completion of the selection rounds, CCSU releases merit list. The university releases the merit list between July and August with the names of the shortlisted aspirants. Further, selected aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university. Shortlisted aspirants must appear before the admission committee along with the original and photocopy of the below documents for verification:

No, CCSU is not a participating university of CUET. As UPCET is scrapped, CUET-PG exam score and counselling is considered for admission to MBA and MCA courses. The admission process includes the application process, selection round, cutoff, merit list or counselling and other steps.CCS University admission is merit-based for all UG except BTech, diploma, PG and certificate courses. The university conducts an entrance exam for admission to M.Ed and LLM. For admission in B.P.Ed. and M.P.Ed., there will be no entrance exam.

The minimum eligibilibility requirement is a class 12 or equivalent exam pass. Further, for BSc in Chemistry, a candidate shall be a Class 12/ intermediate pass with PCM or PCB from any recognised board. For Computer Science specialisation, the candidate shall be a Class 12/ intermediate exam pass with at least 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST). For admission to BSc in Food Microbiology, Safety & Quality Control, the aspirant shall have studied Class 12 with Biology/ Agriculture subjects and passed with at least 33% aggregate (28% aggregate for SC/ ST).

CCSU NEET PG cutoff 2024 in round 2 varied between 746 and 99433 for the General AI category students. The Round 1 closing rank for the same ranged between 746 and 88053. So, considering both the rounds, yes, candidates with a NEET PG rank of 700 have a good chance of getting admission to CCSU. The CUET 2024 application form will be provisionally made available on the National Testing Agency's (NTA) website in February for online submission. Before the deadline for CUET exam applications, candidates must complete and submit the application. The NTA will publish on its official website the deadline for CUET registration in 2024. The dates of the CUET UG 2024 test are May 15–May 31. On the official website, candidates can exercise the CUET form fill up 2024. The NTA will administer the CUET Entrance Exam each year in order to grant admission to a range of undergraduate and graduate programmes at multiple universities. Many Indian institutions may accept applicants who took the CUET exam as a prerequisite for admission.

Yes, as the UPCET exam was scrapped in 2022. Now JEE Mains is accepted. Further, admission can be done through counselling conducted by Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). Further, the seat allotment for vacant seats shall be done on a merit basis after the conclusion of state-level counselling. Additionally, admissions under lateral entries in BTech (against the vacant seats after counselling) will be done on the basis of the merit of the corresponding exam related to the eligibility criterion.
