Q:   Is MCA at CUH a good choice?

A:
{Source: MCA students & alumni}

Based on the feedback from current students and alumni, here's a summary of the pros and cons:

Pros:

* Good Infrastructure: The college has a well-maintained library, Wi-Fi facility, and medical facility. The hostel infrastructure is decent, with world-class amenities such as Wi-Fi, RO purified water, and hot/cold running water.
* Experienced Faculty: Most faculty members hold doctoral degrees and have over 15 years of teaching experience. They are knowledgeable and motivated to teach the latest technologies.
* Placements: Around 88% of students are placed, with top recruiters like TCS, Synoriq, Nagarro, Byju's, and Infosys. The training and placement cell regularly organizes placement drives and invites companies with high packages.
* Improving University Accreditation: The university is working towards improving its accreditation, which may lead to increased recognition and opportunities for students.

Cons:

* Limited Sports Facilities: The college lacks good sports facilities, which might affect student engagement and overall development.
* Average Course Curriculum: Some students feel that the course curriculum is average and doesn't cater to the latest industry trends.
* Lack of Events: The college doesn't conduct regular events, which might impact student participation and social activities.

Overall, while MCA at CUH has its strengths, it's essential to weigh these against the weaknesses. Students who prioritize infrastructure, faculty quality, and placements might find this programme suitable. However, those seeking a vibrant campus life with frequent events might want to explore alternative options.

Good infrastructure and faculty .
Placements: A bachelor of education is a full-time course, and you have to maintain 75% attendance to sit in an exam. As this is a Bachelor of Education, there is nothing like placement in a B.Ed. course, but we have to complete a 4-month internship in government schools.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is first-class because it was just established in the 2008 Parliamentary Act of the Government of India. The hostel infrastructure is also top-notch, with minimum accommodation, and the hostel mess food is also good as compared to other central universities.
Faculty: The faculty is very helpful, and most of them are from Haryana, and it is to be said that the Haryanvi people are very kind-hearted. The faculty is very helpful and great, especially in the B.Ed. department. The course is very relevant to making students and future teachers industry-ready.
Other: The department of teacher education participates in almost every university event and festival. The university organizes various extracurricular activities and events for the betterment of students.

Central University of Haryana is a good university with all facilities.
Placements: 25% of students got placed in our course. The lowest package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the highest package is 4.4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are BYJU's, Unacademy etc. 100% of students got to appear for internships. Assistant professor roles are offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are available 24*7. Labs are very expensive. The library is good, and all books are available. Hostel facilities are available, but food facilities are very bad. Inter-university games are conducted here. Many players make a future in the sports field.
Faculty: The teachers are very good and well educated. They are from very good universities. The curriculum is relevant and inculcated in a very good manner. Semester exams are not difficult, and credit-based exam pattern is very easy to score high in examinations.
Other: I want to become a teacher and make society and students more knowledgeable, so I opted for teaching. The internships would make students more skilled. Events are well organised. Extracurricular activities are also conducted here.

The college provides really good infrastructure and facilities. It's a very good place for students.
Placements: Placements are provided in the schools in Mahendragarh district. There are a lot of schools in the district, but after the completion of the course, students often go for higher studies or choose to go to government schools. But faculty members provide the facilities of placements as there are a lot of CBSE affiliated schools.
Infrastructure: There is no lack of any standard facilities. Wi-Fi, air-conditioned classrooms, a department library with a collection of books of Indian as well as foreign authors, are available. There are an RO for drinking water, well-maintained washroom, and classrooms. There are also medical facilities. The hostel is also very good, but the quality of mess food is below average. There is a sports ground. Overall the university is well maintained, and there is no issue of infrastructure at all.
Faculty: B.Ed department is one of the largest departments in the university and has the highest number of faculty members. Teachers here are very helpful and well qualified. Seminar and workshops are organised for students. Teachers ensure that students get a better environment for learning. B.Ed. syllabus is as per NCTE, and it is regularly updated. If one wants to become a teacher and passionate about it, one can consider this university.
Other: I wanted to become a teacher. One has to do B.Ed. for it. The best thing about the course is it changes your viewpoint regarding education, and it develops your understanding of education and how it impacts human life and present and future of the nation. Education plays a central role in the development of human capital and society. The course changes you from within. It turns you in better human being as you are going to become a teacher you have to be.

Review of Central University of Haryana.
Placements: This is a new university, and there are no placements available here. However, the university has its own placement cell which is doing well. Placements will be good in the coming years as the placement cell is working hard for students to get placed. As the college is newly established, it may take some years.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The college provides Wi-Fi facility and medical facilities. The college provides hostel facilities according to students' scores in academics. Hostels are good, but the washrooms and bathrooms are in very poor conditions.
Faculty: The college does not have permanent faculty members. However, our faculty members are knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is good. The student to teacher ratio is low. I did not get any industry exposure here. They offer admissions to only 60 students on the basis of their CUCET score.
Other: The campus is good. Connectivity is also good. Fests and events are also held on the campus.

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately.
