Placements: We don't get placement in this course, not even in Bombay. For getting placed, we need to clear competitive exams, which is not easy. That's why many students opt for higher studies in India or abroad, such as Ph.D. or postdoc, and a few get research assistant jobs. Top recruiting companies are ONGC, CIL etc. We can even clear the UPSC geoscientist exam, which is specifically for geology students. The packages vary depending on your post.
Placements: No placement cell for geology courses. 2-3 students got placed with the help of faculty members. All the students got internships in different institutions, labs or industries. Given good opportunity for internship, field trip and seminars conducted by the university and sending the students to other national and state seminar for paper presentation.
Placements: I am new to this university. Due to corona pandemic, I have not analysed the placement situation of the university. Still, I heard from our seniors that placements are average. Mainly banking and financial institutions come for recruitment.
Placements: About 35-37 students can join MBA. There is no proper placement cell function and the campus. Almost 100% of the students did internships at various companies from India. There is no placement cell in the university, which is the biggest problem for students on the campus.
Placements: Placements are below average at our college which has disappointed us very much. Only one company visited here, i.e., Federal Bank. I am dissatisfied with placements. I feel that our university is a brand, so there should be good placements which help students to get settled in good companies.
Placements: Our college does not provide placement facility. In the previous year, there were a few companies that have come for placements. But only a few students got selected in Federal Bank with a salary package of around 7 LPA. All the students got internships through their contacts.
Placements: Less than 1% of the students got placed with the maximum salary package of 7.35 LPA. The minimum salary package offered is 4.35 LPA. A top recruiting company visited our college is Federal Bank. Almost 100% of the students got an internship in different institutes like NABARD, Tata steel, Oyo, etc.
Placements: First-year students don't have placements. Some of our seniors and some third-year BBA students got the chance to attend campus placement interviews and some of them got placed as well. Very few companies are coming for placement interviews. Placement cell is at a starting stage here. Currently, it is at an average level.
Placements: Our college is very good at providing placements and internships for students. There is a placement cell which is working under the university. Our college also has separate placement cells for departments so that students get an extra benefit. As it is a central university, chances for campus placements are very low. However, in future, many companies will reach our campus.
Placements: Central university of Karnataka was established in 2009 but got own campus in 2014 so at the starting stage there was no campus placements, so no one placed at our time. No placements at our time but now cuk has placements in Business studies department .
Placements: Most of the students did not get placed in any recognised institutions. The college has very poor performance regarding placement matters and it is not satisfactory.
Placements: In CUK, placements are the major problem. Only a few companies offer placements. They have less connectivity. Almost 10% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA. Banks are the top recruiting companies, and human resource is the major role offered to the students.
Placements: I don't have an idea about placements. Federal Bank is the top recruiting company. The course I belong to is masters in business administration, and the top role offered is a vice president in accordance with your knowledge and calibre.
Placements: Many students from our college are getting placed in good companies. Some students are pursuing their PhDs in abroad as well as in good universities across India. Some students are also awarded JRFs. The course provided by the college in the 2 years will help the students to gain more practical knowledge which helps during their higher education.
Placements: Only four students out of 50 got placed through off-campus placement drives with the average salary of Rs. 20,000 per month. Many other students and I are preparing for competitive exams. Overall, our being the first batch, the placement cell should improve by making efforts to bring companies to the university to recruit students. Recently, our college signed an MOU with IIT, Hyderabad.
Placements: Central University of Karnataka has started offering B.Tech in 2013 (i.e., integrated M.Tech). Only one batch of B.Tech passed out. Now, i.e., from 2018, CUK started a collaboration with IITH and started B.Tech instead of M.Tech. Students can join the college for placements.
Placements: There are no placements. Once, it was held for our seniors, in that, only 1 student got selected for the placement. The offered salary will be decided by the person who is giving placement, their is no minimum or maximum salary offered for the student. Only one company, I don't remember because I was newly joined and unaware of these things. No idea about the roles offered to the students. More than 90% of the students are getting the internship. It is very helpful for our job selection and for ...
Placements: No placements for M.Sc passed students in our course. The highest package is of senior scientists or professors in our course which is more than 20 lacs per annum and the lowest package is of PhD students is less than 5 Lacs per annum.
Placements: The highest average package can be more than 18 lacs per annum and the lowest can be just 5 lac per annum. ONGC, CIL and BARC are the top recruiting companies. Every student has to do an internship but we do an internship in research institutes.
