Overall good experience at Centurion University.
Placements: The educational foundation is strong, but the job placements are lacking. On average, only 60% of students secure placements. The highest salary package offered is approximately 5LPA, while the lowest package is as low as 80k. The average package stands at 2.5LPA. Notable recruiters in this field are ITC, Bayer, and Syngenta. However, internship opportunities are scarce, with only a few available, mostly in ITC and Monsanto. The roles available for graduates in this field include agronomist, researcher, and consultant.
Infrastructure: The course provides various amenities, such as labs, libraries, and wi-fi. The labs are well-equipped and create a suitable learning environment. The hostel facilities are satisfactory, and the food in the mess and canteen is acceptable. Medical services are also available. Additionally, there is a wide range of sports and games offered for recreational purposes. In conclusion, the overall experience is positive.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and qualified, but support varies. Teaching quality is decent but could improve. The curriculum aligns with industry needs but lacks practical exposure. Exams are moderately difficult; pass percentages are around 70–80%. Teaching needs improvement.

College placement is very good.
Placements: Every placement starts in September in the first year which is the beginning of the second term and for finals from the fourth term. Cognizant, ICICI bank, EY, Axis, and ICICI Lombard are some of the companies visited for recruitment. The highest package for last year was 31 Lacs with an average of 15 Lacs. The college records 100 percent placement.
Infrastructure: College has various fests-for example: Sangram, where Iims from the south compete together in various sports, there is Yuddh within the college, and as part of the cultural fest we have Samarambh. As part of the business cluster, we have Vridhi a two-day event with various guest speakers, etc. The college has a lot of books and provides access to a variety of databases for literature searches. We have smart classrooms, with charging ports on the desks. For sports, we have a TT table, a mini-gym, 2 pool tables, a cricket ground, etc. There are a total of 24 clubs run by students like Zorba, and Manthan.
Faculty: I had a technical background but I want to look into the business aspects of any organisation, learn managerial skills and develop a network for better opportunities in the future. IIM Visakhapatnam has Student to Faculty ratio of 1:9 with all facilities with a Ph.D. from top B-schools. The faculty takes a sincere effort in making students understand. There are midterms and end terms with in-between quizzes and project presentations with a moderate difficult level.
