Placements: Most of the companies were offering low packages, and they were giving more variable pay in the CTC. Overall, it was good. Some of the companies were even offering online interviews, and for offline interviews, you might have to go to CGCS college. Most of them were start-ups.

Placements: The placement cell at Chandigarh University have a lot of companies that come to recruit from our field, including Federal Bank, Gapuma Group Limited, Elchemy, Akash Institute, and the Block Education Office. They offer a variety of roles, including accountant, research analyst, and lab informatics system analyst.

Placements: The highest package offered in my course is 55 lacs per annum, and the average package is around 7 lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies for our course are companies like Microsoft, Walmart, TCS, and IBM. Around 60-70% of the students get placement and internship opportunities from campus placements.

Placements: I'm in my 2nd year now so I have not gotten an opportunity to sit for the placements but the placement cell is very responsive and alert for students. We got industrial training after the very first year and this year our college bagged the highest package of Rs 35 lacs from Microsoft. Our college has the highest number of companies visited in a calendar year for placement record.

Placements: There are multiple companies who visit Chandigarh University, but lots of them are mass recruiters and CU has a plenty of students doing BE in computer science and engineering, which overall affect the average placements. In the case of internships, they provide a lot but that requires more skill sets so that one can compete with others to get internships.

Placements: About 50% of my batch has been placed, with the highest package offered being 8 LPA, the average being 4 LPA, and the lowest being 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Amazon, and Wipro. About 20% of students have gotten internships with mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. The top roles offered are software engineer and software tester.

Placements: Till now only 500 students are placed out of 3000 and the highest salary till now is 23 LPA. The top recruiters of our college are TCS, Cognizant, etc. Most of the students are not able to apply for internships because of the college rules they want. If any company pays you above 30,000 per month, then only you can do an internship. Top roles are in data science and web development.

Placements: Placements are as follows: 8-9 LPA through CSE course and if you specialize in something, it's better for you. You just need expertise and you will be awarded high packages . Companies visiting here are great even ! Google , Microsoft , Deloitte, Accenture , and many other companies

Placements: For psychologist students, it's very hard to find the placement; you have to find yourself. But the faculties are very cooperative and, by nature, very friendly. Activities done by the department are very few, but from this year on, that's going well for the students.

Placements: I haven't seen any placement yet but according to the information I have on-campus placements are quite good. Various companies visit the campus to recruit students. Some of them are top companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, IBM, and Cognizant.

Placements: Hi, my name is Anuj Kumar. I am doing my B.Tech in Computer Science from Chandigarh University. It is a great college with a huge campus and good hostel facilities. Almost 35% of students were placed in the last session of Computer Science. The average package is about 5 lakh, and the highest package is 55 lakh per annum.

Placements: Chandigarh University has a good placement record for its BCA students, with 85-90% getting placed. The highest package is 30-35 LPA, the average is 6-7 LPA, and the lowest is 3-4 LPA. Top recruiters include Wipro, Infosys, TCS, IBM, etc. 70-80% of students secure internships with roles like Web Developer and Software Developer.

Placements: As a mechanical engineer, I wished to work for an automobile company and that was fulfilled by the campus. Last year, companies like Mahindra, L&T, MG Motors, Yamaha, Shalimar Paints and many more have come for internship opportunities for positions like R&D, production and many more. The average stipend offered by them was 25000/-.

Placements: The aerospace department had good placements in our college. The highest placement is around 14–15 lpa. There are some internship opportunities from ISR and other companies. The average package is around 6-7 LPA, and almost all eligible students get placed.

Placements: Students become eligible for campus placements after the 6th semester. Internships can be done from the 2nd semester itself during the summer and winter breaks, but you have to look for them yourself. Companies that have visited for placement are Tata Advanced Systems Limited, Indigo, TCS, Tata Motors; that's all I remember. Placements: My seniors started to have internships in the 2nd year, and some got placed in the 3rd year. CU gives training from the 1st semester on how to give interviews for jobs and develop skills, so internships are easily available to every student. The placements at CU are average. If you maintain around an 8 CPG, you will get placed easily. If not, create a LinkedIn profile and list your skills and the courses you pursued (courses provided by CU or Coursera).

Placements: The placement situation was average; it depends on your course. Many courses have very good placements, but some do not, resulting in students not being placed. The highest package is around 2 crore, and many courses do offer placements, so you can get placed.

Placements: CU offers a great placement drive for deserving students. Recently, about 900 companies reached CU, and around 8000 students received an average package of 5 LPA. Most prominent companies like Tech Mahindra, Flipkart, Lenskart, Amazon, etc., recruit from CU. There are separate alumni resources provided for freshers or beginners.

Placements: The placement record of Chandigarh University is not that good or that bad. It is not good because they allow as many students as possible and don't have a limit for students in any course; that's why not everyone gets placed. So it is not certain that everybody will get placed.
