About D. Y Patil International University .

Placements: I am not sit for placement but have an idea that students become eligible for placement after reaching second year. Accenture, Cognizant, FIS, Hitachi, Lokmat, Infosys, Tata Motors, Toshiba, Sakal, Wipro, etc. are among the few recruiters. The roles offered are data analysts, web developers, and data scientists. Yes from first-year college, many internship drives are conducted for internship duration of 3 to 6 months during internship training, and compensation is provided.

Infrastructure: I uploaded one photo of the college entrance, which is looking good. Ultimately, it is an is an international university, and all the facilities and campus are top-class. Lab hours are long; usually every practical subject has 2 lab hours. Sometimes it becomes hectic since some lectures are back to back. Every building in our college has a separate library with a quality stock of our books and our college also provides online material. Our college doesn't have so many sports facilities but facilities help us in sports. Our university has many accommodation options, including a flat, a college hostel and a PG, in which the college hostel is the best and the food is the best. Food is of sufficient quality and is healthy.

Faculty: Teachers are very approachable; they are highly qualified. Every semester has many subjects like RDBMS, Java, mobile and cloud computing. Oops, faculty members are asking after each topic whether they understand it and conducting exams on it. The exam is conducted after 1 month and the semester lasts around 4 months so it's pretty fast compared to other colleges.

Good campus life and average placements.

Placements: 45 LPA is the highest package offered. Placements are there for all the branches. The placements are average as college provides proper guidance. If you want to get placed, you need to do lots of self study.

Infrastructure: Good classrooms are there. Wi-Fi is available both on the campus and in the library. Library is open from 9 am to 6 pm. Hostel facility is provided for girls and not for boys. Fully-equipped labs are there. The environment is good for studies.

Faculty: Some faculty members are good and experienced. No practical knowledge is provided and they only focus on theory. Workshops are conducted.

Other: I chose this course to learn about computer applications.
