DAVV CET exam is one of the most coveted exams for admission to UG as well as PG programmes in Madhya Pradesh. The entrance exam will be conducted in the last week of August 2022 across 22 cities in India. The number of DAVV CET 2022 exam centres were reduced last year. Earlier DAVV CET exam was conducted across 30 cities this year there are 22 cities. Total of 14 cities have been deleted and 6 new cities are added.  Applicants can choose their preferred DAVV CET exam centre while filling the DAVV CET registration form. Candidates can choose his/her preferred test city while filling the application form. However, the examination authorities will take a final call on the allotment of the exam centre.

DAVV CET Exam Centre 2022: Important Points to Remember

  • Details regarding the test city and centre will be available on the DAVV CET Admit Card.
  • No change in the examination centre will be allowed after the final submission of the application form.
  • The examination body reserves the right to change the centre for the DAVV CET exam.
  • Only those candidates who will carry admit card along with photo identity proof will be allowed to enter the DAVV CET exam centre.

DAVV CET Test Centre: Dos and Don’ts

Candidates will have to undergo a verification process before entering the DAVV CET test centre.  Refer to the list of Dos and Don’ts that the candidates must adhere to at the examination centre

Dos

  • Carry DAVV CET admit card along with a Photo-Id proof (in original) to the exam centre.
  • Reach the exam centre at least 60 minutes before the reporting time
  • Affix the same photograph on Admit Card which was uploaded on the application form
  • Co-operate with the test centre staff during the verification process

Don’ts

  • Do not carry electronic devices such as calculators, mobile phones, pagers, etc. to the exam centre
  • Eatables are prohibited inside the examination hall
  • Entry inside the exam centre will be closed as soon as the exam starts
  • Stationaries like Geometry/Pencil box, Handbag, Purse are also not allowed inside the exam hall

DAVV CET 2022 Exam Centres: Key Points

  • Test takers are advised to familiarise themselves with the location of the allotted exam centre and plan their travel time accordingly. 
  • Candidates must reach the exam centre on or before the allotted time on the admit card of DAVV CET 2022. 
  • An identity check will be made on the entry gate of the examination hall to ensure that there are no unauthorised candidates. candidates must cooperate with the security personels. 
  • Only registered candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall
  • No parent/guardian will be allowed inside the examination hall or to meet the candidate while the exam is in process.

Q: How can I select my test city in DAVV CET application form?

A: Candidates will be required to select four test cities while filling the DAVV CET application form.

Q: Can I change my exam centre after submitting the DAVV CET application form?

A: No, candidates will not be allowed to make any changes after the submission of the application form.

Q:  I am not a resident of Madhya Pradesh. Will I have to visit the state for the DAVV exam?

A: No, DAVV CET is a pan-India exam conducted in 30 major cities. Candidates can select their nearest exam city while filling the application form.

Q: Which supporting documents do I need to carry along with the DAVV CET admit card?

A: In addition to the admit card, candidates are required to carry a photo identity proof which could be a PAN Card, Voter ID card, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport or College ID Card or any other identity proof issued by the state or central government.

A: No, candidates are not allowed to carry a calculator or any other electronic items to the exam centre.

A: DAVV CET exam will be conducted for a duration of 90 minutes. Earlier DAVV CET exam used to be conducted for a duration of two hours.

Q: Are eatables allowed inside the DAVV CET examination hall?

A: No, candidates are strictly prohibited from taking any kind of eatables inside the examination hall.

Q: Should I take a blank sheet for rough work during the DAVV CET exam?

A: No, test takers are not allowed to take blank paper inside the exam hall. The invigilator will provide the candidates with a sheet for rough work inside the exam centre.
