Placements: We have no placements in the college. 24 out of 60 students opted for higher education from our first batch. Remaining 36 students got the placements with a package of Rs. 10,000 per month. Some 2-3 students got good packages of 5-7 LPA.
Placements: The placement for CSE is not good, but mechanical students have good placement. The principal is too good and trying to call companies on the campus with handsome packages. When I pass the degree, its performance was average. Senior batch placement was not good except mechanical engineering branch.
Placements: Only 2-3 core companies visit for placement drive in our college. Last year only 3 students were selected in Maruti Suzuki company and that was the only core company last year. No internships were provided by the college to the students. The placement package is also not good.
Placements: Not at all guaranteed. Maruti does visit, though, but of course, they won't recruit more than 3-4 students. The highest package was offered by Maruti last year, roughly equal to 7.2 lakhs PA, so if you join this college, please keep backup options ready to follow after graduation. Most of the students start preparing for further exams like GATE, CAT, IES and even SSC. If you are confident that you can stand out amongst other students, then this college can be a good place to start your journey w...
Placements: G.B. Pant Government Engineering College is one of the few government colleges in GGSIPU and it started in 2007. Its first batch got excellent placements. Companies like Indian Navy also came for placements for their batch, so due to that, I took admission in this college in 2016, but afterwards, their placement record has declined drastically. For our batch in 2016, only Godrej and Infosys came for the placements and even these companies took 10- 15 students only. ...
Placements: The placements were fine. Around 25% of the students were placed. A large number of students were going for higher studies or preparing for government jobs. Almost half of the class didn't get placed. There were no internships offered by the college, but the students were strictly required to take internships on their own from outside sources for 3rd and 4th year.
Campus Condition is very poor. There is no proper canteen of the college. Most of the times or throughout the year drinking water is not available. Course equivalency is also the serious issue which affects the students who already completed their graduations. No park, no playground and even no proper road (inside campus). Faculty frequently changes after some times. No hearing of the important issues by the faculty and top management. My suggestion is there is no benefit for joining this gradua...
Placements: The course offers very few opportunities and companies are not really placing students in our course. The college promises to place students with great companies and better internship opportunities but has failed to do so. They are not even supportive and sometimes restrict us from complaining to the main branch of Dwarka.
Placements: They don't provide any kind of placement. This college has too much permanent faculty in the direction and HOD departments. They are very rude. They provide teachers on time with how they can provide placement. They provide placement on a sales team, like an INR 10,000-income job.
Placements: Placements are provided at the end of the year based on interviews. Placements given are not in good companies and are based on a contract system. They didn't pay for the internships, and students are burdened with lots of assignments during sessions. More efforts should be made towards improvement by this college.
Placements: The minimum percentage required is different for different companies, but if we say the general percentage, it should be 50%. Maruti Suzuki India, Tata Power, and Atlas Copco are some of the big recruiters, and approximately 10 to 15 students from an 80-student batch are selected.
Placements: Only 29% of the students were placed in my course. The enrollment allocation process was not weighed by GPA's, which means that there are many students who received placements in my course with lower GPA than other students in the class. Furthermore, the enrollment process doesn't account for differences in perquisites taken at different institutions which can lead to some students receiving an unfair advantage in placement process.
